Especially the owner / staff was very responsible and helped us both when we first got to Siracusa with the directions, parking of the car and also gave us clear instructions about what to do in Siracusa and how to spend the day. The room we have been given was the best room and it also had a jacuzzi :) The breakfast prepared / served was also pretty good and we were genuinely happy with our stay :) The girl working in the property is also very successful person and helped us with everything.

There is no major thing that we did not like about the property. I think it was very very good value (and even beyond) for the price :)

Valeria who checked us in was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Lovely intro to Siracusa. Breakfast was always varied and great. The room was on the ground floor, quiet, enough space for 2 and bright.

Location was ok, just note it takes about a 15 minutes' walk to Ortigia and the pretty historic center. Room and bathroom were a nice size but could use a little refresh.

We asked for an early check in (10.30am) which was granted even though the room wasn’t ready which gave us all day to explore. Decent size room and bathroom. Breakfast was adequate in a bright airy room. Just a 15 minute walk to Ortigia Island and 10 minutes walk to the archaeological park. Managed to park right outside the B&B.

Had everything we needed for one night stay, free car parking right outside and great location with the very impressive church a few minutes walk, really useful for finding your way back as it towers into the sky. The complimentary breakfast served right across the street from a local cafe was also very pleasant with a pastry and a coffee included.

The room is very nice and has everything you need. The location was fine for us as we like to walk. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to Ortigia but there is plenty to see on the way. Breakfast is served in a little cafe across the road and it was nice. Parking is just outside the building.

There wasn't anything not to like.

location for tourist with car is very good. free parking place just by the apartment. Ortigia is around 20 min by walk.SANCTUARY OF MADONNA DELLE LACRIME (OUR LADY OF TEARS) is just next to the house. The breakfast was excellent and Valeria, the host is Supercute and helpful. I needed an extra blanket and she managed this.

We got the room2, which is on the ground flour. The room is nice, I just did not like that was very dark, because there is not natural light in the room. (Other hand it can be good in the hot summer) In my opinion the bathroom need some more shelf for visitors stuff.

An ideal location if you can walk, about 20 mins Ortega and 15 Parco Archeologic, We are quite fast walkers. The staff were lovely . A very acceptable breakfast. The room was large situated on the same floor as the breakfast area but very quiet.. Managed to park outside.

The place looked great and the owner was super nice and attentive. Kept in contact threw WhatsApp, which was super helpful. Everyday I had a nice little breakfast bag waiting for me. Definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful room, great decor. Good facilities. Coffee and croissant vouchers for local cafe was delightful to receive. Great parking right out the front. Staff very helpful: we had an unexpected late arrival and they were very accomodating.

Bit of a walk to get into Centro

Amazing place! The area is quiet however it is just 10 min walk to the old city center (Ortigia) ! The stuff is very caring and the room was fantastic! Very clean and finely furnished! We didn't even realised we booked for the suite and we've got a fantastic spacious terrace with a big luxury jacouzzi. The area was so big we could have invited up to 4 more people to enjoy a dinner ! The property fronts some ancient ruins of Siracusa and the view from our private outdoor table was just amazing. Valeria, one of the managers was so nice and the breakfast superb ! Definitely a must go!
