We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were helpful. I think it was Lucia who welcomed us, and showed us the location of the tourist sites on a map, in an unhurried way. The rooms were excellent, and bed, very comfortable. The hotel has a lift. The breakfast was superb in its quality and range, one of the best I’ve ever encountered, and good Italian coffee was available. The location was fantastic for us: we could walk to all the sites. TheArcheological Park is about twenty minutes’ walk, catacombs and archeological museum even closer. The walk to Ortygia takes 20-30 minutes. We had no trouble finding parking in nearby streets, and there is also a free (at present ) car park only a block away. William’s wife.

I liked everything.

Really cheap for what you get. The room is big, comfortable and pretty. The bathroom is also really specious with everything that you need. We even got free breakfast on one day.

The only thing I didn’t like was the location. It was a long walk to Ortigia and in november there was nothing else to do in the neighborhood so we had to go there every time and also the neighborhood didn’t feel safe. Maybe in summer it’s more lively. It’s close to the archeological park and the catacombs if thats what you like.

The location is great, within walking distance to all the sights. The hotel is very clean and cozy, the room has a minibar, very spacious shower room and fast free internet connection. There is a possibility to park a car for free along the street with plenty of free spaces. The breakfast was excellent, satisfying any taste. The staff is very professional, helpful and it is obvious that they love what they do.

The hotel is located in old borring big building with many other functions inside, on a busy junction, that at the first looks like, oh my god, what's going on, where could be an hotel here ? But once you get in to the hotel - WOW, Fency modern comfortable hotel that have everything on the best Location is good in front of the new cathedral and walking distance frome all attractions

Excellent hotel, very nice comfortable room with fully equipped modern bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and service from all the staff was very good.

Nothing to complain about the hotel. However the street entrance, which is shared, needs to be upgraded to the same level of the interior of the hotel. Also maybe some tea/coffee facilities in room would further improve it.

Lovely helpful reception staff. Nice breakfast and comfortable room. Convenient for the archeological park and museum and within walking distance (20-25mins walk) to Ortica. Good value pizza place right next door.

A little dated decor but not a problem as it was clean and comfortable. Some road noise (our room faced the main road) and on the first morning we didn’t have hot water in the shower but this was only the first morning.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, we had to check out but wanted to leave our luggage somewhere so we could still explore the town and they were very accommodating. They also had a wealth of knowledge about the best places to go for food and monuments etc

The room was a bit dark and not entirely like the photos which look a lot more spacious with lots of light coming into the room.

There is a very friendly atmosphere. The receptionist, Lucia, went out of her way to make us welcome and point out the local points of interest. The room was large and furnished to a very high standard.

Externally the hotel could do with some TLC. Also, parking can be a challenge but that appears to be the case in all of Syracuse.

Hearty, varied breakfast, delicious homemade cakes, excellent coffee. Very friendly staff, we received detailed information and a map of the most important attractions of the city.

The building is located at the intersection of two main roads, so it is a bit noisy in the morning. The soundproofing between the rooms and the corridor is thin.

Very nice B&B with kind nad helpfull staff. Excelent breakfast, clean room and nice location to visit the city centre (20 min) or historic site (10 min). We have parked our car nearby for free. We ate pizza in nearby restaurant Siculish and the one with mortadela and pistacio was incredible. Warmly recommended.
