Easy self check-in. Big spacious room and bathroom, with lots of space for luggage and personal items (we stayed in Yellow). Yellow bathroom had toiletries and was tasteful decorated with a nice seaside vibe. Even though it's outside the room, it was not inconvenient at all as it was located just door to door. Bonus. A delicious foccaceria really close down the street with good prices, around 2-2.5E per piece! We eated there once or twice daily. We would stay here again next time we're in Siracuza.

The big bathroom didn't had a floor drainage and the shower leaked, so we ended up with a big puddle. Thankfully there was a mop and bucket in the closet on the hallway so we could solve the problem. Also the paint on the tiles in the shower were chipping a bit from the pressure of the water, I suggest using one that's more resistant and waterproof next time. The noise from the street entered pretty well through the windows, but at least it's not on a very busy street so it didn't really bothered us. We would've fancied a microwave for our leftover pizza, but we could've used the oven if it was really needed, so not such a big deal.

Great location, close to the train station and twenty minutes walking to Ortigia. In case you will use the Siracusa as a base for trips to Noto and other places, the bus stop for Interbus and other bus companies is literally two minutes from the flat. Great huge kitchen included.

clean, welcoming location

the toilet is not in the room. you have no privacy. it is an apartment in which rooms are rented separately and the hallways and kitchen are shared

A lot of space. Close to the old town. Close to the train station. The bakery downstairs is open from 7.00. 2 person shower. It's a bit exciting.

It is better to buy water for coffee in the store.

Timely and friendly communication, neat and clean house. Easy checking-in

Pillows too high and hard (the manager will probably look into it). It's a B&B, occasional noise in the corridor is to be expected. Shower not very comfortable.
