Opted for 2bhk which had kitchen also available. The house is new and clean. Very comfortable too. Right on the beach with an easy access to the serene view. Since it's not crowded or commercialized, the beach stay is very peaceful and fun. You can order food through swiggy or cook yourself.

Everything was great. We have an year old kid who was very happy exploring the place, just need to be careful with the edges of the woodwork which are sharp.

incredible place. secluded beaches, a beautiful cottage with all amenities, a very stylish interior. absolutely worth the money. Kshama is wonderfully hospitable and always ready to help. breakfasts from Jyoti - I recommend: Very tasty South Indian food.

Location was fantastic., thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Sea waves splash comes very near to property boundary. Feels very refreshing and rejuvenating. Room sizes are big and very comfortable. The delta of back water is a sight to behold for. The place is accessible to all nice places in Udupi & Manipal. The sea facing balconies are charm, this property itself gave me all the things for which I came to Udupi, so that I didn't need to go anywhere else. It's perfect place for family outing, kids will like it. Lots of greenery around and fresh air soothes body & mind. People are nice to interact with. Strongly recommend this beach house, if you want to leave worry behind and enjoy calm & relaxing holiday.

The spacious bedrooms are a definite highlight, providing ample room for relaxation and movement. Located close to Udupi city, the convenience of accessing nearby amenities is an added advantage. One of the standout features of this beach house is its friendly staff. Their warm hospitality adds a personal touch and enhances the overall experience. We stayed for 4 days and my family and friends had great time during the stay .

Staff was there till we checked in and helped us with our queries, room was clean and was spacious too. Access to TV, indoor games, refrigerator, cooking related things was a great plus point.

Beach was not accessible which was a big down point and there was no staff in the morning till the time we checked out which was little disappointing.
