Everything is just perfect! Location is on a quiet street, big room, very clean, good mattresses. The air conditioning in the room did not work and we were immediately given another room. All the staff speaks excellent English, everyone is very friendly and ready to help. The food on the menu was delicious, the breakfasts was good. I highly recommend it!

My wish and request to the hotel management is to make the music more varied, so much beautiful calm music that could sound in your beautiful hotel! When the same one plays - it's too much. Especially hard for those people who work in this hotel and listen to it 24/7.

We had a nice stay. I had a bad stomach so I called in room dinning and told them to boil me some potatoes and they gave it with with no fuss and told me it's on the house. Next morning we were leaving early as we had to catch our London flight I requested them some special packed breakfast this was also done perfectly. I didn't get that persons name that night whom I spoke to from in room dinning so while checking out I asked at the reception they told me his name is Ravi..thank you Ravi for being so kind.

Wifi didn't work

Location, Cleanliness, Food.

Confusion over the booking. I had booked for one night. The confirmation clearly said check in on 25th and check out on 26th. The club showed a foot note saying it is day time booking which was not understood. There were multiple calls from the property to resolve the issue while I was in a family function. This was first experience of this nature on my association with Booking.com of many years.

Stay was good and the front desk lady accommodated the late checkout! Thank you once again for the outstanding hospitality. I will definitely recommend your place to others and look forward to staying again in the future!

The staff extended my stay until 2:00. I wanted to leave at 4:00, but they still managed it, so that's nice of them. Locality was good, and the staff were nice they even upgraded me very nicely. I was traveling with my mom .thank you

It’s beautiful and nicely maintained, the stuff is kind and accommodating. A special thank to Sanjay who was very helpful and accommodating with early check in and late check out! It really made my stay easier :)

DLF Club 5 was excellent in every aspect. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious quiet and comfortable. Lovely bed. Cannot fault the experience.
