Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed nice pool. Quiet area away from traffic, great view.. We had free welcome drinks and snacks. We are looking forward to stay again in this villa

Room wasn't very clean when we checked in, lots of bugs and flies in the accomodation. Wi-fi internet wasn't great, poor connection in bedroom.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hideaway Residence during my trip to Bali, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property itself was a serene oasis, with beautifully maintained facilities and a tranquil atmosphere that truly enhanced my stay. A special note of gratitude goes to the incredibly helpful staff (shoutout to Desak Anya) , whose warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request contributed greatly to the overall enjoyment of my trip. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the manager, Made Lawho. His exceptional treatment and dedication to ensuring that every guest's needs are met did not go unnoticed. His professionalism and genuine care for his guests were evident in every interaction, making my stay even more memorable. Made Lawho's exceptional service truly deserves the highest praise.

I like the location, it’s peaceful and I love being around a local area instead of one of the many expanding tourist strips. Surya’s team went above and beyond to help, they were lovely - so friendly and helpful. Any issues and they sorted things out for us straight away. I loved having a space like this with a living area to relax in during the evenings, once our daughter was in bed. She also absolutely loved the pool.

I loved the property, it could have done with a bit of a deeper clean over all (like I noticed a few other reviews had mentioned) but overall clean and tidy. I wouldn’t let it put you off. I would go again.

The property is high end and fancy in a quiet location with a nice view. The hotel is welcoming, and the staff are wonderful, nice smiles on their face. Really loved the hospitality as well. Overall satisfied with pretty much everything. The private pool was also an integral feature of the property, really loved it.

At night there are bugs waiting at the windows and the con is when you want to go to bedroom from living room. Bugs enter the living room.

Breakfast was fantastic and host Arya was excellent and very kind.

We booked a 3 bedroom villa - unfortunately it wasn’t disclosed the one of the bedrooms was seperated from the villa which means we did not use the 3 rooms. If I had of known I would have only booked 2 bedrooms. As we had 3 children we could not leave us or them separately

Loved the loft, it was so spacious. They gave us a welcome drink upon arrival, did a house tour, which was comforting. It is a new property, so two of the rooms downstairs were locked and still in renovation (unfurnished). So we guessed that this loft technically could house 8 people. Our rooms were upstairs, facing the pool. They were so comfortable to sleep in. They also gave us full set of toiletries - hotel style. The living room was divine, very spacious. The entire property was huge, it has many lofts and we’re on the last house from the main front reception. They were still renovating and said there were more lofts to come. The staff were super helpful to bring water when we ran out. At check out, they also held our bags till late as we had activities booked for the day

I didn’t like the stretch road leading up to the property was bumpy and super undone. It made the journey to the property unpleasant. Once you get out of this stretch of road, it’s smooth again. So it’s really just the Lane that leads to this property

You need to deposit some cash before check in. The way to the villa little bit tricky if you use google map, choose the road from north, its much easier to find.
