Great property. Was clean and had a great feel it it. Three rooms. Two doubles and one had two larger singles in. Breakfast included every morning too.

Location required a taxi or bike to get to most places. A good coffee shop within a 5 minute walk but otherwise required transport.

Villa and staff were great. Pool area great and breakfasts good

Distance to restaurants and shops. Was costly getting to places with taxis and took a fair time with traffic

Lovely villa with amazing pool and set up The staff went above and beyond to help us including organising scooters , in villa massage and even producing some first aid when one of us injured our foot. We cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back

The staff were friendly but seemed in a rush all the time. They left the beds made nicely and cleaned the rooms and bathrooms generally well. The location was quiet and well suited for us getting out and about on scooters. The main road is very busy, so don't attempt to walk it as we did the first day, and it was a bit scary with kids. GREAT food at Warung Sunny, great coffee at Semboja and The Wood Shack, has a pool table and a magic sunset atmosphere.

The place has a long list of faults and I was concerned for the health of my kids with the amount of mould in the place and the high levels of mosquito's inside with no nets over the beds or sprays being done. We got our own mozzie spray and lotion and aired the rooms during the day to help mitigate any problems, but all kids were coughing and were bitten still. The gardens are not maintained and are overgrown and messy, with broken glass in one (this was removed after we complained). The entire place needs some serious upgrades as it is actually all falling apart. There are cracks in the wall, paint and tiles, taps falling off, bath plugs broken, broken kitchen draws...the list goes on. The water pressure was terrible, and the hot water didn't work most of the time. We reported all this to the staff, and they were happy to fix what they could, but for the price, it's in terrible condition. The pillows were lumpy and mouldy under the covers, the towels smelt of wet dog, the aircon in 1 room didn't work at all, and the room smelt of mould. It is truly unacceptable that you can pay so much money, and it is not looked after to a livable standard. The company offered us another villa, but we declined as we were only there for a few nights, and with kids, it's hard to manage moving.

This place is falsely represented, don't believe the photography. The furniture is old and stained and villa not cleaned to a high standard. We arrived at 1.30pm as indicated, the housekeeping wasn't ready, we found the bedding thrown on the garden, the pool cloudy, thick dust on stairs, greasy kitchen, overgrown garden, likely a mosquito breeding haven in the outdoor bathroom and the villa doesn't do fogging.

Dirty laneway access with rubbish outside villa, sagging faded stained furniture, dirty pool with broken and missing tiles, no privacy for the terrace, overgrown garden blocking views, greasy microwave, pillows thrown on plants while they cleaned for a changeover, generally not a properly cleaned property, I didn't bother to see the rest. We did not stay and we have not received a refund for the 3 days paid in advance. Misrepresentation of villa, must be very old photography.
