We had such a lovely experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The service throughout our stay was consistently excellent, but a special thank you goes to Tofik, who truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Tofik was attentive, kind, and always one step ahead — whether it was arranging special requests, offering helpful suggestions, or simply checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay. His genuine hospitality really stood out and made a lasting impression. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it’s the people — especially Tofik — who made it truly exceptional. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others.

stayed here for last week of our honeymoon and it was BLISS. complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious. views were amazing. villas were spacious and amazing. turn down service every night was so sweet. gym is pristine w gorgeous pool + free yoga every day.

the monkeys hahaha there are A LOT but they are not aggressive and the hotel staff will come quickly to scare them away if you feel overwhelmed hotel is on a cliff and the beach access stairs were under construction while we were there so we had to be driven down to the beach each day which was the smallest inconvenience. also the beach club was under construction- once it is finished and the staircase reopened the hotel will be perfect sauna didn’t work hot tubs don’t get very hot

The villa interior is very nice and comfortable. The hotel is located 5 min away from Melasti beach, which was very nice, however the staff failed to tell us that they have designated beds there from the hotel (we found out by ourselves). The kids club is very nice and not crowded, kids didn't want to leave (2 ladies in the kids club are really doing a great job).

The hotel is a bit isolated. The staff is nice, however lacking proper training, they give confusing information and blame someone instead of acknowledging the mistake. The food is average, nothing special. The panoramic view villa we stayed in was right behind their main restaurant and that didn't give a nice view.

Umana and their staff are absolutely fantastic! I would stay here for every vacation for the rest of my life if I could. The staff were so kind and helpful; including our own concierge available via WhatsApp to help book travel, excursions, and services at the hotel. The pool was stunning, but our own villa even more so. We had panoramic ocean views that I just could not stop looking at; from our own infinity pool right through the glass doors to our room. I was on cloud nine!!

- Spacious private villa with ample 5 star facilities. - Private infinity pool and jacuzzi is a winner for the villas. - Hotel staff provided a great service. One of the staff members called, Karsana attending to us was a delight to have a chat and was attentive to our requests. - Relaxing atmosphere, worth a stay for a few days, filled with multiple hotel activities. - Hotel beach club at the public beach situated below the cliffs.

- Disappointed with the lack of ocean view. The deluxe 1 bedroom villa with an ocean view doesnt offer a full view of the ocean but rather a small distant view of the ocean (see photo). On questioning hotel staff, it was noted that the deluxe ocean view villas only offer 20-30% views, and this was certainly not the case in ours. Further rooms are available for a higher price with a better ocean view but the deluxe needs better up to date photos of what to expect. - Hotel still undergoing renovations, however, this was well communicated by hotel in advance during booking.

The property has just been fully renovated, work still underway in a few of the villas but does not disturb at all. The villas are spectacular, huge with private pool and jacuzzi. The interiors are amazing from the most comfortable bed to the Japanese heated toilets. The food is of very good quality and one of the best room services I have experienced with availability of the full menu from the restaurant served with the same level of care. You can really relax and keep to yourself in this place.

I would not advertise the beach or Origami (the place they call a beach restaurant, which is in fact a food truck). The beach is crowded and very different from what you would expect based on the property. It would be better for Jumana to have a partnership with one of the adjacent beach clubs for the hotel guests than to mention Origami. Gym is temporary and it will be better once construction is finished. Same goes for the Spa, currently services are offered in room but having a spa location within the property (that is currently under construction) will make all the difference.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful resort in Bali, and I must say it was an absolute dream come true. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking views and stunning villas. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by your staff, particularly Jessica, who went above and beyond to make me feel like royalty throughout my stay. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor truly made my experience unforgettable. The attention to detail and level of luxury throughout the resort was impressive, and I particularly enjoyed spending time on my villa's private terrace, taking in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Overall, I cannot recommend Jumana Resort highly enough. It truly exceeded all of my expectations, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Absolutely nothing to point out.

This renovated hotel is beyond stunning. We had a very big spacious one bedroom villa, with a very big garden/pool area. The service was top. The whole area was so well taken care of and beautiful greenery. The kid’s club had a very energetic lady and it has absolutely all a child could wish! Melasti Beach is also a good choice and clean.
