Beautiful beach and lagoon, with great service. Private villas are spacious and the overall service is efficient, friendly. The resort is nicely designed and offers easy access to other beach clubs nearby.

Breakfast was rather basic, with very limited offering at the buffet (ie. no egg station!) There is only one restaurant and another small food counter at the beach club. Compared to Bali standards, I would recommend to not eat at the hotel and go out. The food served in the resorts is overpriced / not as good VS other restaurants in Uluwatu

The view and ambience of the resort is great. Stayed in a 4 bedroom villa which was very nice (ideal for families with older kids - 4th bedroom was separate access from downstairs which wouldn't work for people with small kids) nice pool within villa. Staff friendly. Good location if you just want to stay in the resort. The list to the beach was broken during our stay they did offer a shuttle down

Not a great deal to do in the area you cant walk to anything from here, main pool was a little underwhelming, and food and drinks at the resort were very expensive

Amazing staff, very friendly and professional reception. Anticipated our needs. Beach access. Our turtle and monkeys! The room was nicely decorated for our arrival. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Nice deep pool. Clean bedsheets and good variety in the mini bar. Good selection of vines at the restaurant. The restaurant staff was amazing. Good cocktails and pizza at the beach bar. Great staff at the beach bar.

The food was average in the restaurant. Coffee was terrible. The restaurant at the top of the beach, by the sky tram was outdated and needed some improvements.

The chef and restaurant staff are professional providing good food and good service. The spa is good with a stunning view. Front servicing staff are generally polite and friendly.

The management is the problem. We were arranged to a villa next to a construction site for the first night, with noise and dust and the antenna not working properly. We were then upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa the next day after we complained, although we only used 1 bedroom for 2 of us. Car park staff was not trained to provide considerate service as we were left waiting in the rain for a boogie back to our villa. Those car park staff did not even try to ask if we need an umbrella/shelter while they occupied the only shelter in the car park.

An incredible experience overall, we enjoyed everything this resort had on offer. The villas are spacious and luxurious, the bed is very comfortable! Everything is clean and spotless. The food at the restaurants was exceptional! Staff was attentive and accommodating at every step. I also loved the morning yoga classes with June. Thank you Karma Kandara, we’ll be back.

The only thing I would offer may be improved is for packages that include full/half board to actually include dining at both Di Mare and the beach restaurants. It is incredibly annoying to have to come back from the beach to Di Mare to have lunch in the middle of a beautiful beach day. I would also be happy to pay a little more to ensure I can order everything off the menu without having to be told it’s not included in my package. This would make the experience absolutely seamless!

We chose Karma Kandara as the location to celebrate my 40th birthday with my husband & friends. We booked a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool, and I had been looking forward to our stay for months. Upon arriving we were so happy to have chosen this location and this resort. We loved the spacious villa and the gorgeous outdoor space with private pool & decking. Every morning we were treated to breakfast overlooking the ocean with the most helpful & kind team who remembered our coffee & juice orders- very impressive! We loved the beach bar at the base of the cliff, and also loved the short walk across to Sundays Beach Club as another option to watch the sunset with your toes in the sand as you sip on a cold beverage and muse over the menu to decide on dinner. A wonderful option for a very special holiday to remember.

The staff was very friendly and the reef just outside the beach was lovely. The service was also great, with quick responses. The app worked really well!

The property was very far away from the hustle and bustle of Uluwathu. Access for disabled non existent as lots of steps. You have to be superfit to get to the beach as if you go with shuttle bus, there are still quite a number of high steps to climb/descend. There was also a very hard sell on becoming a member and felt ambushed by the sales team. Lobby very small and crammed.

Karma Kandara is a wonderful resort with great views and really friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Though there are some 70 odd villas, you wouldn't know it - The way it has been laid out and landscaped, it feels intimate and our villa certainly felt secluded and private. The food was great with a nice range of options for eating on the cliffside or down on the beach. The breakfast choice was amazing and all the dishes we tried were super tasty. The inclinator was out of use (due to maintenance) so access down to the beach was either down a long flight of steps (good excercise!) or on a shuttle bus but the team went out of their way to compensate us with thoughtful add-ons. The evening activities on the beach whilst we were there included a fire dance, cabaret and movie night. Again, nice touches. Altogether, we found it a top resort in which to unwind and enjoy the beautiful white beaches of the area, some great food and accommodation. Well done to the team.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa - everything about it lived up to expectations. Staff were really friendly. There was also a buggy to get us around from the property's restaurant back to our villa, saving us some walking.

Would have been nice to be able to experience the lift down to Karma Beach. Nevertheless, the shuttle service was efficient and got us to the beach, although it would have probably been quicker with the lift.

Sometimes the queue to go to the beach is very long ( for the train to go down) and worst to go up The toilets had no jet washer or spray You have to keep the doors and windows closed all the time to avoid monkeys going in (they will make you pay if the monkey break something)
