The best pool villa we stayed in Bali. The staff were fantastic ensuring we were happy, they went above and beyond. My partner organised a birthday surprise for me in the room when I arrived and it was we perfect. The breakfast was also the best breakfast I had in Bali! The location may deter some but the free shuttle service ensured we could get to wherever we needed to be. They also offer scooters for hire at the hotel. We used the spa whilst we were there and it was amazing! I would recommend this property to anyone.

The room was absolutely fabulous. The highlight of the resort was 100% the restaurant. Amazing food and amazing service.

There was no happy hour. Yet there were signs for happy hour specials, however when I asked about them I was told they didn’t apply to us. A little confusing, but didn’t ruin our stay.

The villa was very comfortable ., clean and the infinity pool was a delight

It was totally isolated on a poorly maintained road- pot holes, unpaved, etc The facility only offered spa and laundry services and an onsite restaurant... no areas for walking, jogging...no fitness equipment, no ATM, no boutique....

We really enjoyed our stay at Prasana. It was comfortable, spacious and clean. We had the free breakfast with our package, and the food & coffee were great. The staff were so attentive and friendly! We even had free little desserts brought to us every evening during our stay, and they were delicious. Highly recommend staying there if you're looking for a comfortable and quiet place. It was great

I liked everything. However, the location was a bit far from the main tourist areas e.g Uluwatu temple and Padang Padang etc. But they offer a free shuttle bus within a 5km radius. Otherwise you can easily get a Grab or Gojek to wherever you need to go. The staff are also really helpful with this too

We had an incredible stay at Prasana and would definitely recommend. We booked the stay on short notice and the team made the room available with no trouble, and offered a complimentary upgrade to an ocean-view room. The room had a great private pool and was spacious and comfortable. The room also had amazing views of the ocean! The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered were eager to ensure we had a great experience. The team offered free shuttle services across Uluwatu, and did an amazing breakfast!

Great property with lovely grounds, nice individual pools and good food. loved being away from the hustle a bustle of Bali and the staff were all really lovely.

the location is a bit far away from anything, they do offer a free 5km shuttle but it only runs till 6pm. if you’re keen on a motorbike it’s fine, if not just use the apps to get rides.

The villa was amazing, high end. Beautiful private pool. Staff super friendly and happy to assist with any requests. Shuttle car to take you wherever you needed to go within distance. Some of the restaurant staff that had great service were Wanda, Dewi, Eka & Seli but have to say all were good. Food was delicious and we were offered afternoon tea everyday. Very accommodating place to stay.

Not in walking distance to anywhere but as stated they had a shuttle car to take you places.

The most unforgettable stay! The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Even the breakfast was exceptional! They took us to the nearby places for free by shuttle service. This places is great for family stay or couple! Will come back for sure!

- good sized modern rooms - good water pressure in the shower and loved the lemongrass toiletries - free 30 minute massage - free hotel shuttle to locations within 5km - they also topped up bottled water which was appreciated - food at the restaurant was really tasty

- open air restaurant so a few flies around which can be annoying, it would be nice if there was an enclosed space - they asked about allergies and dietary requirements when we checked in but it wasn’t communicated to the chefs/kitchen so I’m not sure what the point of asking was
