The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is varied, and the service in general is excellent.

We would like to recommend two points for improvement: 1. Prices should be placed on the items and honey offered for sale so that the customer can be assured that the price is fixed for all customers and hotel visitors. 2. ⁠The rooms, especially the bathrooms, must be cleaned thoroughly before handing them over to the customer in order to ensure complete comfort for the new guests.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel staff name Ali was really helpful and attentive. The view from hotel room was amazing. The room amenities were complete. The breakfast was fine even it was the same menu everyday

When we arrived, we waited our luggage to arrive to our room for almost 30 minutes before i had to go to reception counter again asking about our luggage as no one answered my phone call. When we arrived, there were dogs sitting at the stairs to the hotel. When i told the staff who attended us that i am afraid of dogs and i wish they will look after it,he didn't take it seriously. You have to climb to reach the hotel.However, we enjoyed it :)

- staff were really nice friendly and helpful . - delicious breakfast - location is excellent in the center of the village. - car parking is offered where all the area struggles to find place to park .

- you need to hike for 10 minutes to reach the hotel, the hotel is up the hill. The good news they deliver the luggage to the rooms . - little pricey at the peak season.

This is the best location with the iconic waterfall view.i stayed in 201 which is their famous instagram suite.it have all the amenities even a wooden fireplace with allot of wood right outside the suite you can take as much as you want.and the balcony is also good with the best view in ayder.

Its best for couples not for families because you have to walk uphill a few hundred meters to get to the room they have a pully system which takes your luggage upto the room but if somebody have a knee problem or cant walk allot its a big problem for them.also the projector was not attached to the sound system.

in brief I liked everything . exquisite location on the top of the hill . yes it might be challenging for elders and people with knees problems to climb the whole distance up . However , the view and surrounding is overwhelming and worth the effort of reaching there . the hotel interior is charming and cozy . the staff are extreeeeemely polite and helpful . good wifi , excellent Swiss-like breakfast . I would never hesitate to stay there again . what I really hope is that the hotel maintains its standards .

The accessing to the hotel is difficult specially if you have kids or old persons need to walk on the hill no proper facility , need to improve this The Hot water bolier is very rusty and dirty No steam irone in the room and they are not provided

The view was that extremely fabulous. The hotel is cosy and staff are extremely supportive and welcoming. You feel home and supported by the staff to have a nice stay. Ibrahim was extremely supportive. They changed our booking from rooms to cottage to be all together with our daughters. They also guided us in the visits to the area. I really enjoyed the stay in the hotel. Nice environment and kind staff.

Hotel is located on high of meadows with great view . When I reached in parking AHMAD received me he took my luggage and other took us to recieption of hotel . Really was very good ALLHAMDULLIAH happy with their great hospitality .SAIFUDEEN was really very helpful and he did our stay more comfortable . Specially thanks to reception guy who gave me original honey 🍯 .

The hotel is truly charming in all the way. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Facilities are good.

Hotel situated in a high hill. You need to park your car at downhill and need to walk a steep hill to reach the hotel. Very hard for small babies and who have Asthma problem.

The service, the people, everything was just perfect. We stayed there for 4 nights and it was memorable. We will definitely come again and recommend this resort to our friends who will visit ayder. Ibrahim and his boss were so helpful with everything. ❤️
