I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Turkey and most of them are 5 stars. This hotel by far is the best stay i had. The hospitality and the warm welcome are incredible. The staff will do everything possible to serve your need. The breakfast is one of the best i had as it was variety of food choices. The location is on the best spot on Ayder.

The location of the place is not so far away from center, it is located next to the river, it was nice and quite place. I was renting the 3rd floor of the hotel. Next to the hotel the were many beautiful places. I also liked the person named Ennur, he seemed like the owner of the hotel, he was nice person, willing to help with his advices for seeing the good places around. He had two workers , one of their name was Jihad, he was also nice, kind and helpful person. Next to the hotel there is small village up the mountain, in the backside of the hotel, i recommend to go there as well. Nice parking, nice view to the mountains from the hotel. Breakfast was good. So, as a summary nice place to stay.

The things i didn't like: 1 - when we were almost every day and whole day it was raining for 4 days. We had to walk and see the places under the rain, we were getting wet, when we came back to the room there is no heating usually. We needed a heaters to be on so we could get our closes, socks and shoes to be dried on it. The heater were being activated only after 6 pm, and it takes 1 hour to be heated after they start heating the main burner. but if the weather is no rainy , no need the heaters. 2- the second thing that i didn't like was the cabin in the bath room, it is small and not suitable to have shower. It would be better to remove the cabin and just put the glasses, to separate. But in general, the bath room it self was good, only the cabin is small.

Excellent location and very close to all required facilities, breakfast is excellent with lake view, staff and hotel owner Mr. Sancar are very supportive and attend to any requests

Mr Ennur was very helpful and accommodating. The mountain view, the snow on top of the mountains is something unforgettable. Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately due to the rain we were unable to eat outside which was not in he hands of the hotel. We booked 3 rooms and Ennur was always available for us. We will definitely come back.

This place is amazing, the staff is really friendly and helpful and the location is great! It is near all the services but far from the traffic, near a beautiful river and you can start your journeys to the mountains directly from it. I have spent 3 of my best days here ever and I will certainly be back, thanks for the hotel team one by one.

The view near the lobby was breathtaking, the staff were amazing speaks both Arabic and English fluently unlike other places. They were so helpful and generous and kept offering us services for free just to make us feel home. The room is spacious and has a great mountain view and the decoration is really nice. Breakfast was amazing too.

I met with Ennue and he was supportive, proposed me for upgrad room without any charge and the breakfast was very nice with nice view
