The hotel itself was super. The staff was very good... there were a few gusts in the beginning of November and staff had a lof time to assist) The room was on the 5th floor...you can take a lift which goes till 4th floor and the on foot you step up on a wooden stair...it was unusual and interesting. The room was very small but for slleping we didnt need king size rooms)) shops and restaurants are nearby...within a few minutes by walk. We liked its location too much. Breakfasts were also good, even big enough.

As I said the size of the room... (only for sleeping). And the heater (batteries) didn't work. I asked personnel to check it... but the dicision was not found... But beds and bed lining was pretty good ...you colud feel absolutely comfortable at night.

The location is incredible giving you an opportunity to relax from of the river view. Reception staff especially Abdullah and Elif were cooperative and supportive from the day one of our stay. They were keen to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and the chef Zaki is always there to provide you with all support required.

Our room was upgraded to a suite. We loved the river and mountain view and balcony! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It had 3 comfortable chairs, a table, long desk, kettle, glasses and a small fridge. The bed was large and very comfortable. The rain shower was wonderful with plenty of hot water. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with minibus arrangements. We really enjoyed feeling spoiled here. The breakfast was fine, plenty of Turkish breakfast standards.

On our first morning we came down for breakfast at 8:40, it ran from 8-10am. Some of the hot items were already depleted, perhaps by a large early group, and they were not replaced. When I asked about the eggs and veggie scramble, they brought me plain eggs. So breakfast was fine, get there early if a large group is staying. This was a minor problem, overall, we loved our stay.

This is a real hotel that's immaculately clean and has a stunning view of the river. The reception was very professional and helpful. The hotel overall was above my expectations. Also there is plenty of car parks in front of this hotel. Please note that you can't simply follow Google Maps to reach this hotel. You need to drive under a tunnel to get to the side of this hotel. There is a big sign that will lead you to the exact location.

The breakfast options were not satisfactory. I had to pay for omelet which is quite strange. This was the only downside I could think of. Otherwise, the room view we had was just amazing.

Sauna and spa services mentioned were not in use. The car got stuck to the hotel due to icy roads - not easy to get in. Parked a short distance away

The view from the balcony and terrace is breathtaking, calm and peaceful.

The food is not that good The room so small and you can only see the river from the windows, luckily the man in the reception upgrade us to nice big suit with balcony without extra charge, otherwise the rooms are not worthy the price we have paid in our booking.

The best hotel in the area in terms of amenities, view and food. Might be a challenging walk for pregnant women or elderly as it’s down the hill. Staff are very friendly
