This is my second stay in this hotel and hence second review. I stayed here recently with my spouse for three nights between 25th and 28th Jan-2025. As already mentioned by me in my previous review the hotel was located in the main central area in Navalur. The hotel was neat and clean. The room was very neat and comfortable. The toilet was clean and comfortable. The supply of toiletries, tea/coffee ingredients in the room were adequate. The fridge, kettle facilities in the room adds to the comforts. The AC effect in the room was good. The room service and housekeeping staff were helpful. The roadside view from our room was very good. The restaurant on the ground floor was neat and comfortable. The foods served were very good. The services rendered by the restaurant staff were very good this time. In particular, the personal attention rendered by Mr.karthik Naik was excellent. All the three days he was taking care of us with great care. Our special thanks to him. This time I found the reception staff were very cooperative. This time I did not experience any discrimination like last time. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and safe. I will definitely recommend this hotel for safe family stays. Great improvement. Worth for money.

I did not have the breakfast so would not comment on it. However the property is at an amazing location. The bonus is the staff managing the property. I travel every month to Chennai and stay at Ginger most of the times. This is the best place if you are travelling with family, friends or solo. Well maintained, extremely clean and with good food options. The people take good care of your needs. Sundar the head chef is awesome with great culinary options. I was also taken care by their manager. he had ensured that he kept hot food ready for me even if I returned at 3 am in the night. thank you

I think with the location and the huge parking and the beautiful sitting area with an option for office meeting or conferences, I dont have anything to complain about

The bed was comfy, lots of water, tea and coffee provided. Great, big TV to cast to. The breakfast was a bargain and delicious, could have sat there all day :) Dibya helped us, Hemamalini too. Karthick, the manager made sure we understood everything. Sundar, the head chef even checked on us. Debatri, the receptionist helped us sooooo much with transport. The people are fabulous :) A great experience. :)

The bathroom needs some love, damp exterior walls, inside bottom a bit bad.

The room was good. House keeping was excellent. Had a great stay. I was charged extra during check-in. They told me it will be settled during checkout. But nothing happened. Then I was asked to give my account details and the amount will be reversed in 2 days. I waited for one week. But no refund. That money is gone. It took me a week to realise that. My mistake. Apart from that everything else was good. Rooms was excellent. House keeping was amazing. Location was good. Walkable distance from the bus stop. The view from the room was also good. Long story short. It was wonderful stay. 10 out of 10.

I liked the smiling and courteous staff. Spl call out to Mr Karthik - he goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable. Feedback Implementation - noticed my concern about flies n insects in the restaurant was addressed. No flies n insects noticed the second time...thats Super...thank you. The breakfast spread is pretty decent considering the tariff. Early check is accomodated most of the time and no fuzz about it, of course there is a nominal charge.

Very soft pillows. The location is pretty far from the heart of the city so commute is expensive. No covered car parking - my second time higjlighting this short comimg. Shade is required coz cars are exposed to direct sunlight all day!

Nice helping staff. Three 1 lt bottles of complementary drinking water / day . (Thanks for keeping the summer in mind .) Many food options nearby . Share Auto / Uber Auto / Car available . On the main OMR road . Easy to locate . No BAR , No Nightclub . Quiet peaceful sleep .

The Breakfast quality was good. But try the costly inhouse restaurant only if you have breakfast included . Dinner was very bad and costly if you compare the quantity of food supplied . Rice portion was shockingly minimal , it was served in a peanut bowl !!! (not expected from a Tata hotel) All other dinner items were below standard . Breakfast arrangement lacks supervision . Uncleaned tables , unavailable cups .The Dosa / Omlette counter was a chaos ! has no token system , no timely delivery . Angry guests leaving after waiting for long time . New hotel , but fan regulator not working .

This is our first experience with any Ginger properties. So overall very good experience. Especially staffs are very friendly and cordial, except the reception where we found that the management wanted to train the college students so the guest need to have patience to handle with them. That's the only remark I need to highlight here. We were there for a wedding party.

Overall a budget hotel, good reception. The rooms were decent sized, better than ibis. Washroom was good with amenities. The dining area was good.

The bed could have a better mattress. Moreover, please change the faucet jet spray. It hurts your butt. The buffet breakfast could have been better. Some items were already over after an hour and wasn't available. These small things could be improved.

The property is located at Navalur, Although it’s located at outskirts, cabs and auto are easily available 24/7. The hotel has very helpful staff who excels in hospitality. We as a family stayed for 4 nights and 3 days, not even a single incident made us to feel uncomfortable. Big shoutout to the restaurant team starts from manager to the waiter, few names to mention Sunil,Hema,Anbu chef, Sasi , Karthik. The entire team surprised us with a cake at the time of checkout. we are thankful to the entire Ginger OMR team for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

The staffs were super mice. Cleanliness was perfect. Room was little bigger than I thought. Easy access to all the amenities nearby. Hotel staff buy things from outside market at street prices for you. Wifi was super strong even inside the rooms. Food was delicious even though on a little bit expensive side. Qmin restaurant downstairs is super cute and spent most of my time their chilling and talking stuff. 1 min walk to infamous Marina mall. 24/7 swiggy blinkit delivery. Overall a super satisfied 4 nights.
