Bed not clean at all i cant sleep at all next room @ night they are talking 3 girlz from korain i hear everything they close hotel @ 9 :00 PM u can open it by card

Clean basic room. Comfortable bed. Shower has hot water. Nice cafe downstairs. Staff are nice. Breakfast was modest but tasty. Location was handy to small bars and food in the same street and you can walk to the beach and a small food market (tourist food mainly, not much atmosphere). Good value for money.

Room is a little noisy from traffic and there seems to be some animals (birds perhaps) in the roof space that make lots of noise. (My room was on the top floor).

For a Budget accommodation they went the extra mile to help make your stay a good experience. Friendly staff a good breakfast included basic but enough as it was included in the price at the time of booking. There are Bars very close to this hotel and eating places in walking distance. In my opinion well worth the cost if your on a Budget.

Although it states no car parking we understood this but we did have a car and managed to park outside of the property on a busy street. Although some noise from the local bars near the hotel it was not enough to stop me falling asleep.

Lovely host/owner. Very helpful and all the staff were friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend. Good value.

1. One of the staff could have been more friendly. I said "hello", she did not responded, she did not even smile, not sure if she understood me or just shy. 2. The sink in the bathroom takes a while to drain the water. 3. There was heavy rain when we checked in, the ceiling has leaked (from the rain I guess 🤷‍♀️). We're staying at the 4th floor, one of the beds in the room got wet while raining, we placed a towel on the bed instead. 4. During our stay, I seldom see any staff in the counter. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

There were 2 receptionist they were not comfortable with our language but I was amazed how they assisted us to our room and our check in was very fast and also the sequrity of the hotel was amazing 😍 we were out for 2 hours for thigh message even though out check out time was over they assisted us by keeping our luggage inside there rooom keeping a watch on our bag I have travelled many countries like Dubai and Singapore the best hospitality I received is From hotels of Shimla , Arunachal Pradesh, Rajasthan from(🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳)and believe it or not I received best hospitality from the place i am very happy after I had bad experience from the previous hotel in which I stayed for 2 night🤞

Price is bit high

The staff are absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean. The location was perfect for anything you want to do in Jomtien. Close to everything you could possibly need including the beach! The cafe downstairs was fantastic! Overall really good value for money.

The room was small, but I expected that for the money. The bathroom just needs a little finishing with bathroom silicone in the edges but nothing major the drain worked well.

Wonderful stay with lovely staff. They do have cafe and restaurants on the 1st floor Good location very very near Jomtien Beach and easy to get to the center of Pattaya City. Would definitely come back!!

Haven't seen hair dryer inside the room so a bit wet for those who have long hair 🤣

The owner was so accommodating and helpful. She was so considerate and kind. The place was well clean and cozy. I can see that staffs were always see to it that the floors are mop, the common areas are neat and clean. The breakfast was so simple, yet it was yummy with unlimited 3n1 coffee. I also like the location because you can just ride a sungtiew going around pattaya. It is also near the beach and the night market. i would definitely stay in this place again whenever I am back .

The sink on the toilet was a but clogged. but not a big deal since our room has 2 toilet.
