Location was excellent. Away from crowd still close to market. The room had private balcony, quite big and spacious. Ample parking space. Towels and toiletries were very nice. They have Bar (AC and non AC) on the first floor.
The price. I had booked single room for myself. On checkin - I was told that it was a Non-AC room, which I was not aware. Then they offered me a AC room (single occupancy) for Rs.2300/-. plus taxes. There is no restaurant facility. For breakfast you have to go to other restaurant.

Clean room and bathroom. Functional air conditioning. Should keep more tea bags and coffee sachets in the room. Should provide 2 bottles of mineral water for the 2 guests.
Limited menu in the restaurant. Choices for breakfast were very little. Kerala parotta served during dinner was cooked earlier, heated, and served to us. This was not good. Curry served was tasty.

The location was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room size was decent. Tea/coffee maker and ironing board provided was very useful. The staff members were very helpful. Room service for dinner and tea was quick and efficient.
The bathroom did not have proper ventilation. Breakfast was not available at the hotel. We had to order it from a nearby hotel . The delivery time for the same was more than 30 mins which delayed our planned trip for the day.

The ambiance and location of the hotel is nice
The only thing was that there were no snacks or breakfast facility. We had to go out for this.
