Hotel is located in central place and rooms were quite good and value for money. Staff were friendly and supported us with additional accommodation for our driver to make our travel comfortable.

Waiting time for lifts was quite bad and small lift for this property. Parking space was very small and congested.

I would expect the breakfast option in the hotel as travellers staying for more than 2 days should be given complimentary breakfast Else all was ok

Hotel was at the center of city and worth the price even at the peak time of the year.

Location is awesome, bus stand is stone throw distance from the hotel..Even the main temple is just a km away. and there is a.pure veg hotel just downstairs

The location was good. The room service guy was very helpful.

The person on reception during night shift was so rude. I met him with a smiling face and asked for my ID as I had to leave in hurry. He was literally shouting on everyone in his staff. They have suite room but no fridge. Washroom had a tag of being disinfected but seems toilet bowl was not cleaned for months. Water stains marks and foul smell was there.

BREAKFAST NOT PROVIDED. TOO PRICY. NO ROOM SERVICE. VERY SMALL ESCALATOR/LIFT. THEY KEPT CHASING FOR FULL ADVANCE PAYMENT EVERYDAY DURING THE STAY THOUGH WE PAID BOOKINKG AMOUNT ADVANCE DEMANDED BY HOTEL WEEK BEFORE CHECK IN.
