The hotel was lovely, extremely well maintained and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had my room ready earlier than the norm due to my early arrival. The service was good in the bar/restaurant. Nice calm atmosphere in the place, quiet during my midweek stay. Rooms where really nice and spacious. The bathrobe was the softest I ever came across

The tiles in the wellness area were extremely slippy-although there are signs. The steam room also got very hot, when I stood up to leave it felt like my eyelids were burning. I could also not figure out how to turn on the jacuzzi. Bar/restaurant only opens at 4pm

A very nice Hotel with it's own micro brewery the beers were excellent. The situation was decent close to a Shopping Centre. The Breakfasts añd Dinners were good with good choice..

All the staff were excellent apart from one surly waiter on the Sunday night. One fault it had room did not have air conditioning.

Perfect hotel for a one-night stay during our travel. New establishment, very nice restaurant and free parking. Hotel stuff was a bit strange, probably uncomfortable with english-spaking guests as Gorzow is not a tourist area, but it is perfectly excusable.

Hotel is located by some shopping mall, quite far from the city centre, but we knew that and we hadn't intended to go there, it was just a stop for a night during our travel.

Breakfast was fantastic!

We were unable to use the sauna, despite staying at the hotel for 3 nights, the hotel not being full, and checking multiple times for cancellations. For some bizarre reason, it was booked by outside people (i.e., not hotel guests). We think hotel guests should have priority when booking the sauna.

The room was large and comfortable and breakfast menu very good. Very clean and looked new.

The. Shower head in my room was broken and caused a flood outside the shower

New, modern design, big room, great service, very good resturant with private brewery. great breakfest Just near to a mall with all what you need.

Professional stuff, the highest quality of room. Love decor and style, room was clean and smelled very good.
