Breakfast WAS exceptional,with a wide variety to choose from and moreover every item was very wholesome and tasty ,they are lucky to have a good chef and his team, the chef even comes and enquires with guest about the food . the front desk staff are very polite and well mannered and always ready to help .

it would have been great if they had a swimming pool too

Service and maintenance was good, response to any complaint was quick.

The entrance hall, receiving place need uplift in terms ok look and grandeur. The charges look high for room, food, Meeting hall booking. The eating space is much smaller to cater to occupants when the hotel is decently occupies, had to be standing for half an hour one day during breakfast.

Food is awesome specially the authentic Gujrathi Thali. Our German Guests were super happy with food. Rooms are spacious. Staff is excellent, cooperative and provided welcome Coffee. Smooth and fast check in

Check in process at an odd hour was very good. They let me stay for a longer duration as I had checked in late at night and were very prompt in replying on my ask of confirmation for longer stay.

The room seems to be a little run out. Some maintenance here and there is required. The bathroom fittings need to be better cleaner. There is no enough natural light in the room.

The club double room in which I later shifted was awesome. Spacious, fresh, cleaned by the housekeeping staff very nicely. The staff is amazingly friendly, very humble . Mr dole, Mr Shyam take care of you very diligently. The food is great, chef jagat and all others are a talented bunch of chefs. You have something for everyone in the buffets. At the reception, ms safura, ms Swati , ms mudita and all others are there to help you with everything. They will become your friends.

I didn't like the executive rooms.

Everything I liked our privacy should be private that was there.

I have no words to describe all things were very gud and was nothing to dislike.

Ease of check in , check out, clarity, cleaness, etc.

Food platter should be concise from quality point of view rather then quantity.

The staff was very warm and the property is very well maintained.

The location was a little far from Ahmedabad City.
