This is a wonderful hotel to stay at! Extremely clean, well priced, and in the town centre, close to restaurants. The moment we arrived the hospitality was top notch! The hotel is rated 2 stars but it is a 3 star property. We stayed for one night on our way to the Athens airport. I had an issue with my airplane ticket and the gentleman who was managing the reception called the airline for me when I couldn’t get my own phone to complete the call. Thank you!

The location was right in city center, on the pedestrian street with a lot of restaurants and shops around. The hotel was clean and well maintained with comfortable beds.

There is no parking at the hotel. You are on your own to find the street parking in the surrounding area, which is not easy considering the narrow streets in the city center. Rooms don't have coffee makers.

Very nice staff on the 24 hours desk, very central location with parking possibility nearby (even paid parking option for those who don`t want to park on the street), very clean conveniently equipped room, pleasant balcony. Don`t be confused by the amount of stars, it has all amenities of 3 star hotel.

The street is rather noisy from the bars bellow but the balcony doors isolate most of that.

Excellent location; good spacious room and balcony; very kind and helpful staff. No matter the hour I had to get up and leave (including at 3:30 AM one time), the reception staff was ready to offer coffee.

Very convenient for the centre of Thebes , restaurants on the doorstep. Bike parking secure right outside the door. Charming front desk staff full of help and charm

It’s a bit lacking in investment so the bathroom was poor etc. and therefore it didn’t really justify the rate charged

Good central location. Good room. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent tavernas in a couple of minutes walk.

"Security" light (very bright) on in room 24 hours. Never seen that before in any hotel. Thankfully staff dimmed it with tape to make it less disturbing to sleep, for which we were very grateful. Breakfast adequate but basic...no fruit available.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian area of the old town of Thiva, nice Taverns and Cafes can be find. Parking area for the car is approx 150 m away, price for 24h EUR 10. The typical Greek breakfast was OK, Coffee was good and the egg-omelett was perfect. Very friendly staff. We had a comfortable night at that hotel.

The room was very nice and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer but flight delays messed up the start of my trip. Really beautiful area with restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

No parking at the hotel. Lots of street parking available though.

Very nice, large, and clean rooms, with strong AC; excellent breakfast prepared by the hotel manager, and nice lobby area. Very centrally located and close to many good tavernas, kind and helpful staff, and comfortable bed. Would recommend warmly!

Nothing much to report; it satisfied all expectations.

Stoped in Thiva on the way to Metaora and were so suprised from the nice and lively town. The hotel is just at the center with many cafes. The hotal staff were very nice, the room is a bit old fashioned but overall good value for money.

With a car it is a bit difficult to find the hotel, need to park in a nearby parking lot and then few min walk. Parking overnight cost 6 euro
