Super modern hotel with all the comfort you could ask for and impeccable service! The staff takes care of bringing your luggage to your room. The location is amazing (2 minutes/150m) from the Red Tower, right across from the harbor. 9 minutes by car from the train station and 20 minutes on foot from the cable car to Alanya Castle. The hotel is extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and the staff is incredibly attentive, pleasant, smiling, helpful, and friendly—truly the entire day and night team. Special mention to Huseyin, the outstanding receptionist, as well as Yaşar and Sevval and all the others! The view of the harbor from the balcony is stunning! Definitely worth it! The bedding is comfortable! Kettle in the room for tea and coffee. And let’s not forget the excellent breakfast, worthy of a 4-star hotel: absolutely delicious and very varied with sweet and savory options! Generous hours from 7 am to 11 am. They speak good English. The welcome is warm. I immediately felt at home and will gladly return! Highly recommended without hesitation +++

We love this hotel, we stayed before and had a land view room but this time we had a room with a harbour view which was fabulous. Cannot fault this hotel, the staff are all excellent, breakfast is exceptional and the valet car parking is a bonus. We would highly recommend this hotel.

There is nothing to dislike, everything is great.

Those who worked in the restaurant were so nice (at the breakfast buffet) and the breakfast buffet was good! Very clean hotel and the room with a sea view gives you a great view. Overall, a really nice hotel.

That people reserve the lounge chairs by the pool! The space up there is a bit tight. My partner and I, as a matter of principle, don’t put down our towels before we are there, but several others did. The hotel should step in here and have a very strict policy regarding this!! The staff at the reception should be more open and service-minded in our view, with a smile and a greeting when you come down to go out :-)

We really liked this hotel because the hotel has been renovated, delicious breakfasts, all the staff are very friendly and ready to answer any question.

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location! What stood out the most for me was the staff—so friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with any issue, no matter how small. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes, and the room was spotless and well-equipped with everything you might need. I was also very impressed with how well communication was handled online, especially on Booking.com. The hotel quickly arranged a seamless airport transfer, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay, and I wish the team continued success in their work!

Fantastic location with an awesome view of the harbour and panorama. Staff were super helpful from the moment we arrived where they greeted us, unloaded the car, valet parked and checked us in to the time we left. The room service staff were full of joy and very polite and friendly. The Breakfast buffet was extensive and of a very high quality. Thanks for a great stay.

The rooms were a bit on the small side and the hotel is undergoing an expansion so construction noise was present, but first world problems and we would definitely stay again.

Staff was super nice and helpful - big thanks for the reception, cleaning lady and the two young lads at the breakfast area. Breakfast was plenty and amazing - just as I would expect from a hotel like this. Good selection of cheeses, vegetables, fruits and breads. No gluten-free bread however. Room was very clean and spacious, I had an amazing sea view, too. WiFi was fast. Hotel is highly recommended.

I had a room on the first floor and it was a little noisy at nights.

We had a land view room but were very pleasantly surprised to have a fabulous view of Alanya castle, particularly when it was lit up at night. The valet parking of our hire car was a very slick operation and car delivered within minutes of our request, likewise when returning to the hotel, just pull up outside and there is someone on hand to take the car to a parking space. Breakfast selection was amazing. We loved this hotel and will definitely stay again when visiting Alanya.

There was absolutely nothing to disappoint us!

Beautiful rooms with a modern design and a breathtaking view of the Seaport. Nice and comfortable beds, multiple lighting tracks, great toiletries, laminate floors, AC unit is very quiet yet very efficient. Breakfast buffet offers plenty of breads,cheese, fresh and dry fruits. The waiters are very attentive and courteous. The breakfast room is spacious,and offers a stunning view of the seaport.Coffee espresso is one of the best in Alanya.

My husband requested for suprise deco for my birthday and they did it real quick & beautifully done upon check in as we waited at the hotel lobby. It came with complementary fruit hamper for my birthday.The room was very clean , spectacular view from room balcony and it's not noisy at night despite there's bars & restaurants downstairs. The breakfast spread was generous lots of salads , fruits, they do change their main item day to day.

Only the dry area of the toilet didn't have any water drain hole so when showering if goes water on that part it will be all wet.
