The staff was very friendly! It is a good hotel's location.. The room was big enough and cozy. There was always drinking water in the room.

The old bed linen with pills and small holes - Everything, bed linen and towels smell of bleach. - Unpleasant sewage smell from the bathroom. - Breakfast leaves much to be desired in quality. I mean, sausages and ham. - The hotel did not notify guests of the Booking hack and phishing emails being sent.

Cleanliness, room size, food, shuttle to beach, pool area, location, staff, price quality ratio. Bar/catering staff has literally 0 days off, so they deserve huge credit, and respect! Same goes to housekeepers. Also special thanks for the entire staff for my birthday present!! That was a really nice gesture :)

Overall, a really pleasant experience, I guess you couldn't ask more for this kind of money. However let me leave a few suggestions on how to improve service for the future: Beach no 15: Old and used sunbeds and umbrellas, also pretty unfriendly and agressive beach staff there, management shold review their agreement and/or better select their partners, as this can highly affect the quality of the hotel's service. Drunk hotel guests are very annoying, especially at night, therefore more soundproofing would be a nice touch. Safe deposit box should be free of charge like anywhere else, insufficient amount of shampoo and shower gel (~ 15 ml, only causing problems if you don't want daily cleaning/refill.)

Great variety of foods at meal times. Common areas were all clean. Very spacious room. Super friendly staff that speaks English, Russian, German. Location in the center of the city. Shuttle bus to the beach is very convenient. Table tennis available. Smooth check-in and check-out.

We had few flies and a cockroach in our room on the first day we checked in. No noise cancellation - we could hear our neighbors very loudly. The pool is located in the middle of the restaurant, so it is a bit uncomfortable to swim around people eating and drinking. Not many entertainment activities: bingo night turned out to be a promotional fashion show from a leather shop that was pressing guests into buying their jackets during the dinner time.

The hotel’s central location was one of its best features — perfect for exploring the city on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, and both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Most of the staff were friendly and carried out their duties efficiently. While the food wasn’t outstanding, it was enjoyable and offered a decent variety. Overall, the hotel was well-maintained and provided a pleasant stay.

Communication was occasionally challenging due to limited English skills among some staff. The hotel’s facilities and drink options were fairly basic and could benefit from improvement. A wider selection of food, better staff communication skills, and more comprehensive amenities would have significantly enhanced the overall experience.

This was my second visit of this hotel and everything was great again. Tasty and various types of food in the hotel restaurant, nice rooms, kind and good english speaking hotel staff, great room cleaning service, good and always working shuttle to the beach. Also Alanya is nice place to spend the vacation, beautiful Kleopatra beach, many interesting places near the Alanya and night life in this city.

Only one thing was worse than before and it irritated me the most. And it was service on the hotel beach. There was a man, which administrate the beach and most of the time you had to discuss with him about the sunbeds you can choose on the hotel beach. Every day he behaved differently to you according to the mood and money he made from beach bar guests. And there was not a day you had to argue with him about the water. Every day you got an info from this guy you can not bring the water to the hotel beach although you got the water in the hotel everyday. Only correct solution was to buy it from this guy. This experience affected my impression from my vacation and this is the reason I give only 8 star rating.

We arrived around one o'clock in the afternoon. Alina checked us out and we immediately went to have a delicious lunch. Well, throughout the rest (almost 2 weeks), Alina was always kind and responsive. The rest of the staff was nice too.

We came to spend time on Cleopatra beach where beach volleyball players play (5th beach according to the old numbering). It takes 15-18 minutes to walk there at a calm pace. The food in our hotel was delicious and of high quality, the beer was also very tasty;) The rooms on the balconies have clothes dryers and sinks for washing very comfortable (large). The contingent: Poles, Belarusians, Russians were predominantly. I have not observed any conflict situations. But we didn't stay at the hotel in the evenings either. The location of the hotel is very convenient for evening walks, everything is beautiful nearby;)

It was the second year in a row that we chose to spend our vacation at Ramira. The value for money is excellent! You can clearly see the effort put in by every member of the hotel staff. Alina at the reception is wonderful! The airport-hotel transfer and return were handled by a very kind and cheerful driver. The restaurant staff is efficient, friendly, and always ready to help. Impeccable cleanliness. The food was very good, just as we’ve come to expect. A big thank you to the entire team!

The foods were delecious but they were also monotone after a few days. Fruits and vegetables were always fresh. The swimming pool was perfect. Receptionists were quite helpful, also the staff was nice.

The beach for the hotel was too far, we could not bring our beverages to our place. We could use the free transfers to the beach but it was always full. Also the starting times were not feasible for us. Our ventilation was not working in our toilet. The hotel does not use AC-s in the main hall, in the corridors and also not in the restaurants. Because of this we were always sweating when we were outside our rooms.
