The place has roomy 2 bedroom apartments for families. Rather clean, not run down like many other places. Important for all us nonsmokers - NO CIGARETTE SMELL inside apartments!!!! (some smoke in the lobby is present) Apartments have all the essential furniture and appliances including washing machine and microwave - which is rare for Turkish apart hotels. The host is very friendly and helpful - nice person. We asked for additional cleaning for our room (they clean once per week), and we got it for no extra charge. Also would like to highlight an important feature - this apart is located on a quiet dead-end street, so no motorcycles roaring at your window all night - very rare for Alanya. The famous Cleopatra beach is 15 min walk away from the place, but it wasn't an issue for us. Not just everybody likes the noise and crowd of the first-row tourist hotels.

No way to improve it, but the building is not soundproof, at all. Too bad that some people would just stay up all night and they do it too loud. Folks, please respect other people's sleep time!

Managent was friendly. We had some wonderful views of Alanya both during the day and at night from our rooms. Our baby played with the owner 's baby and they even let our son borrowed some toys when we stayed there. Our whole family was very comfortable. My wife enjoyed the kitchen and I enjoyed the balcony. We will definitely be staying there again when we come to Alanya.

The location is good with trees around, beautiful view to the mountain and relative proximity to the sea- about 15 min. The stuff are friendly and welcoming, ready to address your requests. The suit was spacious, two balconies and two bathrooms was more than we could expect. The beds were comfortable.

There were some construction works in the yard which made the place somewhat filthy. And I didn't notice any attempts to clean the stairs or the halls. Maybe it was because of the low season. They said there would be a swimming pool this coming summer, so I hope it will be a great place for people to stay.
