Everything was more than 10 stars! My mother has stayed at HMA Hotel & Suites many times over the years, and it has become like a second home to her whenever she travels to Alanya. The staff have always taken such great care of her — with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. The hotel is not only clean and well-located, but what really makes it special is the people. She always feels safe, welcome, and valued here. It’s rare to find a place that maintains such high standards over many years, and HMA Hotel & Suites does just that. This hotel has the perfect location close to everything in the center, the staff is nice, the cleaning is very good and the apartment we had was spatious. The bathroom was super nice and i think the shower was the best I've had in Alanya, big, good water pressure and always hot water. WIFI was excellent on the 1st floor where we stayed.

There was not enough lights in any of the rooms. There were no lights next to the beds, only one light ficture in the ceiling and no light above the mirror in the bathroom. The furniture on the balcony was broken and very uncomfortable.

The room was spacious, clean, with a good view and adequate facilities - a mini kitchen with a fridge and a kettle were very welcomed. The bathroom was clean, the wifi worked fine. Since staying only for a few days and in cold weather we didn't use the pool, but overall the impression of the facilities outside the room was positive.

The amount of soap and shampoo was inadequate even for a couple of days. We were supposed to pay extra for an air conditioned room even though the air conditioner was present in our room (we didn't take this option, though - there were blankets in the room, so we didn't feel cold enough to bother).

Perfect location to shops, beach, restaurants! Buss goes in front of to Alanyum Mall, Cleopatra beach side. Walking distance to childrens parks. Grocery shop and perfect cafeteria/restaurant downstairs. We had appartment with kitchen, livingroom and bedroom. Children slept in livingroom, perfect to familys with seperate rooms! Saw mountains from balkony, kitchen was okay (not too many eqpments like no fryingpan, coffee machine. But waterboiler and frigde was good). Rooma worn out but didnt matter to us. Solid 8/10 to this hotel :)

We stayed in this hotel for the second time. Everything went very well, just like the first time. The cleanliness was excellent, the staff as always smiling and helpful. The pool was just renovated and clean. The room was equipped with everything needed for a long stay. Last year, I wrote a review about the weak WI-FI wave, which was taken into account and removed. The WI-FI signal was very good throughout the Hotel area. I value the fact that the location of the place is close to the city center as an additional advantage.

Almost everything was great.

This was my second visit to this hotel. Everything was better than the previous one. They are always improving themselves. Staff interest and service were again tremendous. Some improvements have been made in the rooms. I was very pleased. My next choice will be HMA Suites again. Being in the city centre and close to the beaches is my favourite.

The bed was comfortable, the swimming pool was always clean and the water temperature is always good, the breakfast was tasty, it's worth to have it. The staff is always helpful and the location is perfect, shops and restaurants everywhere around, the beaches 🏖️ are 10-15 minutes walk away.

I liked that the location of the hotel was really good, it was close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, the beach. Also, i really liked it had a pool downstairs. Plus the AC was working really well.

The sheets and the towels have a specific weird smell which we didn’t enjoy. Overall the building seems a bit old.

Its a nice size modern apart hotel, with good amenities. The most breathtaking view to castle and alanya sign. Close to city center, and with a perfect location for shopping, food and attractions. Good quality food and nice staff. I come again and again.

room was very cold, we used airconditioner and have to pay additionally 75 liras for it per night. There is no airconditioner in the kitchen, so it is cold everytime there. wi-fi connection in the room is not good. if you are going to use kitchen in the apartment, there is not enough tableware for a family.
