The professionalism, friendliness and warm hearted hospitality stood out at this hotel. If I ever requested anything it was done without any issue at all! There were four staff members that really made my stay very relaxed, pleasurable and memorable and of course Rustamjit (GM). Manish in the restaurant always went out of his way to help everyone with a smile & with my special requests. Neha and Devandre in the front office, always there to help me whenever I needed assistance with professionalism and friendliness; from booking taxi to where to visit etc. Sawan the Duty Manager always welcoming me and helping me with any of my requests. Thank you so much! Lastly I commend the housekeeping, food and beverage staff for their hard work and dedication to make my stay a very pleasant one. I highly recommend Lemon Tree Tapovan!

The breakfast at Lemon Tree Hotel Tapovan Rishikesh is impressive, with a buffet offering a wide variety of choices. The live kitchen is a highlight, where they freshly prepare delicious dosas and omelets. The location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions while maintaining a peaceful ambiance. Highly recommended!

The lunch and dinner at Lemon Tree Hotel Tapovan Rishikesh have room for improvement in taste. Some dishes tend to be overly spicy, which might not suit everyone's palate. A bit more balance in seasoning would make the dining experience even better.

There was nothing I did not like about it the staff were beautiful they help me repair my phone after I caught in a storm this was quite stressful and they made sure that it was fixed in a timely manner I've never really experienced a high hotel experience but this felt very special to me

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but perfectly adequate. We were given a room with a mountain view, which it certainly did have. Spectacular. The breakfast buffet was extensive for Indian food, less good for continental. The swimming pool was lovely. The location was great and was an easy 10 minute walk into town.

The mountain view also looked out onto a building site and electricity substation - not so scenic , but otherwise, everything was fine.

The location at Tapovan is good with a short walk to many cafes and also toward banks of the Ganges river. The in-room dining experience was very good with prompt service and good taste. The breakfast spread was good as well with variety of Indian and international items.

We arrived at the Hotel at 4:00pm for our check-in. However we were told that our room wasn't ready and we would need to wait for some time. We protested against this and were upgraded to the next category room, but the Hotel should have kept our room ready in time. The temperature controller / thermostat of the shower was not working well. By itself the water would turn from warm to cold and then warm again. This was not very comfortable especially for children.

Fantastically courteous staff and security. Always friendly, always helpful, they made it a real pleasure. The food was excellent and varied. Great roof top bar and pool and views. Diwali fireworks meant a 360 degree view. Was there with my children (daughter 21 and son 18) and we all can't wait to go back and stay in other Lemon Tree hotels across India. The first hotel chain I'll become a member of.

Only thing (and this is being hyper-critical) is the feedback forms they give you after every meal which can get a touch boring as you end up writing the same thing. I think cloth napkins instead of lots of tissues would be preferable in the dining room. Other than that a truly wonderful experience!

Modern. Has everything one needs. Good breakfast with indian and western choices. Rooms are clean. We had tons of power outages but the property has an in house generator. It’s little scary when one gets stuck in the elevator for a few seconds. Nice gym with pool on the rooftop. Good mountain views but cannot see the Ganges from the hotel. Special order thalli is great. Don’t miss the high tea in the evening. Local stores for knick knacks close by. Although the hotel gives you things like toothpaste, toothbrush etc.

A little distance from the ghats and the jhulas. Either walk or take a cab.

There are actually two Lemon Tree hotels in Rishikesh, about 1 km apart. Unfortunately, tour operators often get confused and usually head to Lemon Tree Premier. This caused issues with my pick-up, and I was advised by staff to call the other one “Lemon Burger King” to avoid mix-ups — not a professional solution.

Our stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel was a positive experience due to a number of factors. The staff members were courteous and attentive, the amenities provided were plentiful and met our needs, the food and beverage offerings were hygienic, delicious, and varied, the rooms were generously sized and furnished with clean, fresh linens, and the spa services were expertly administered by well-trained staff. Overall, I was pleased with the services provided by Lemon Tree, Rishikesh.

The mattresses provided at the hotel were quite soft, causing discomfort and pain in my lower back. When I requested an additional mattress to sleep on the floor for better rest, I was informed by a hotel staff member at the front desk that this service would incur a charge of INR 1500 per night. Unfortunately, I had to endure three sleepless nights on the uncomfortable mattress as a result.

We liked the location as it was on the edge of Tapovan so was quiet but near enough to the sights. The room was spacious, quiet, nicely presented and was serviced well every day. The bed was large and very comfortable. Good aircon. Great shower. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The Internet access seemed unnecessarily complicated but was fine.
