I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kula Kara Private Villas in Uluwatu, Bali, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The villa itself was immaculate, with every detail meticulously attended to. The quality of service was top-notch, making my stay truly unforgettable. The entire team was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The villa is spacious, clean and really nicely built. Each bedroom is in fact a suite with a living room area, workplace, bed, wardrobe and a separate bathroom, and the master suite is huge and features a jacuzzi. Very hospitable and lovely host, super helpful and responsive. Overall, highly recommend!

Great luxurious villa. We were housed in Villa 2. Large rooms. Beds were comfortable and king size. Each room had their own bath room and toilet. Pool was nice sized and refreshing. But what stood out to us were the staff. Communication was through WhatsApp, which I appreciated very much. Very attentive and smooth messaging went back and forth when we requested a meal or something else. The staff made it very worthwhile. We also enjoyed the food options and had delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

If you are someone that wants peace and quiet, this Villa might not be for you. There is some white noise from the road next to it. It did not bother us, but might be a nuisance for others.

Kura Kara is nestled in a quiet street with is - unlike many other similar properties - easily accessible from one of the larger roads. it's a 15-20 min ride to the areas with restaurants and a similar drive to the nearest beaches. Our villa was a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. The design and decoration are simple but beautiful. Beds are amazing, there are several TVs with Netflix, Youtube and other channels, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks (which are restocked in necessary). We only used the room service once - for breakfast - and it was very good. Service was excellent, staff is very friendly and helpful. Pools is large and clean. We highly recommend Kura Kara for a short or long stay if you are with more than 2 people. We were with 3, but this villa fits 4-5 people. It's excellent value for money!

There was nothing we did not like!

Great floor plan. A genuinely private villa. Comfortable. Bespoke fittings. Great kitchen and food prep arrangement for long termers. Fantastic private swimming pool. Wifi good. Staff always helpful and courteous.

Isolated from restaurants and shops. Have to order a taxi. There is a quarter step down into the bathroom which will continually catch you out and jar your back. Tiles which surround the swimming pool are glossy, therefore a slip hazard. That’s a fail and a real shame as so much attention has gone into the build. The swimming pool although private, is located above a busy road and therefore is very noisy during peak times. Great at night with beautiful pool lighting but no serenity at other times.

The villa is amazing, so spacious with a great pool and the staff were really helpful whenever we needed anything.

Exceptional stay at Kula Kara, The villa was very luxurious, it was well equipped with everything you need, and was very spacious. The staff were very accommodating and professional. Very quick to answer all our requests, definitely recommend their in room spa treatments! Location secluded but easy to get to places by cheap taxi.

The lighting in the downstairs bathroom could have been better. There is traffic noise but the house keepers supplied earplugs. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a sewage smell but by the last day it seemed to have cleared.

This property hugely exceeded our expectations. The villa was large and beautiful. Super affordable. The staff were very friendly and catered to all needs- special mention to the butler service and the free shuttle to dreamland beach.

The only downfalls in this place is that the location is not super central to shops/restaurants, although it is in close proximity to dreamland beach which is beautiful. If you are happy to spend most of the time in the villa, then it is perfect, otherwise bike/taxis are required.

Thanks to the team for making vacation in Bali memorable, relaxing and enjoyable 🤍 It was closed to Dreamland beach, even they provide transfer there and back. The villa is huge, spacious, clean and comfortable for 5 people, the swimming pool was nice as well. We enjoyed a lot, it was really good choice while staying in Uluwatu 🛖

Everything! The house is amazing, great space and beautiful pool. The staff was super nice and available all the time, always ready to support us with every need. We had the perfect time staying in the villa, a big thank you to all the team that supported us during our trip.
