My recent stay at Jumeirah Bali was STELLAR! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The attention to detail was remarkable (e.g., the safe in the room has a ring holder,amenity kit includes hair ties and hair clips, mouthwash, etc) and we loved the amount of glass bottles of water, 2 toilets in the villa, special desserts left in the room daily, a scale for weighing yourself. And love the e-bulter service - a quick buggy ride that arrived faster than some elevators I've encountered elsewhere, or the warm welcome that made me feel like a VIP from the start. For example, every time I went to the restaurant the staff knew my name. The staff truly anticipated my every need, making me feel pampered and valued throughout my stay. One highlight I must rave about was when I told the manager how much I love the mangosteen, in season during March, and she sent me a small basket of mangosteen to our villa. It's these little touches that elevate a stay from great to extraordinary. As for the accommodations, my room was nothing short of stunning. The attention to design and comfort was evident in every corner, providing a tranquil retreat after a day of exploration. You can tell this hotel is only a few years old. And let's not forget the pool - private, pristine, and the perfect oasis to unwind and soak up the serene surroundings. The bed was perfect firmess (for me) and the room was cleaned 2 times a day. For fellow Americans concerned about water and food safety, let me put your mind at ease. We indulged in every culinary delight without a single issue. In essence, this hotel is more than just a place to stay - it's a walking dream. From the impeccable service to the exquisite surroundings, every moment felt like a journey into paradise looking over the beautiful ocean. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and can't wait to return.

Nothing - I did not want to leave.

It is hard to describe in words how exceptional this places is. Imagine you're a sheikh from Dubai and you build you palace in Bali - that's how Jumeirah Bali feels like. From the entrance to the reception and all the way to the villa everything is stunningly beautiful and clean. The estate is build on a vast area - you can walk in the gardens and promenades or ask for a buggy to transport you anywhere. My villa was spotless clean and absolutely gorgeous. With quiet surroundings and view of the golf course and bit of the ocean, it felt very calm and comfortable. All staff was super helpful and responsive, even in late hours and accommodated all my requests. All facilities - pool, gym, spa and restaurants were top level. I can't recommend this place enough :)

My personal preference is to have analog controls for lights and curtains as opposed to touch panels. I don't like touch controls - they don't have haptic feedback so if I'm sleepy I can't really see what I'm pressing and whether I'm pressing the right button and so on. But that's just my personal preference, all the touch panels worked perfectly.

This location and resort left us speechless. It was the highlight of our 1 week stay in Bali, we wished we stayed a little longer. The staff was amazing, the rooms were great and the hospitality exceeded our expectations .

The only one thing we disliked was not having many dinner options for vegetarian/vegan diet, but that was fine since we ended up ordering from outside.

Amazing place, incredibly beautiful 😍 The villas, the view, the whole property - just wow!🤩 Most of the staff is very nice - breakfast team, pool and beach guys, spa girls and our favorite - the front gates security guys. So kind and welcoming! The spa deserves a special review, as it offers some great treatments including the massages, steam room and also hammam. The took Royal Dwara program and enjoyed it far beyond our expectations! Thanks again to our spa therapist.

The reception staff could have been trained better. The girl who checked us in couldn’t wait for us to make a deposit and didn’t care that we were too tired from a long travel. It’s not the first time we stayed there, so this level of insistence came off almost rude. Also the smell in the bathrooms - it comes and goes, but it’s quite unpleasant especially for a great resort like Jumeirah.

Very nice place and hotel - villa style beautiful, tasty breakfasts with a great selection of choices, very nice beach close to surfing center, the site of the island beloved by surfers and I think this was the best choice just because of that. Villas very nice with private small swimming pool. Very comfortable!

Quite far from the center so it took very long to get there to eat outside for example, what caused that we stayed at the hotel for dinners - that were quite good but very expensive. Travelling a lot, only in Indonesia, we noticed that prices were much higher than anywhere else, especially for the drinks what was a little crazy. Apart from that there was a big swimmg pool for all but there were only a few deckers that were reserved from early hours tha caused that when we came everything was occupied (by towels and personal belongings) and noone was sitting there. Hotels shouldn't allow for this!

My family and I enjoyed the sunset villa, the beach, the views, and the staff were great, this is a beautiful truly 5 star hotel and would highly recommend it.

Couple of constructive criticisms were that our sunset villa was located very close to reception and the bathroom blinds needed to be kept closed at all times as it was not private, as with the blinds along the main pathway. Not to worry the blinds were electric and worked well. Our dining experience at eCasa restaurant wasn’t great, the staff could work on a more welcoming reception and explaining the menu better, with shorter wait times. The view was breathtaking.

The location is facing the beautiful Bali sunsets, moreover its located on a public beach with too much people laying just beside the hotels sun beds and really so many rubbish around that no one cares about. Despite this, all hotel areas: gardens, restaurants, shared places and of course the villas were beautifully maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The difference that elevated our experience were made by the hotel staff members- from the security team and the front desk, to housekeeping and wait staff, and even the pool & beach boys like Yudi, were doing their best to accommodate guests with professionalism, kindness and warm attitude.

We were quite concerned by the manner in which the full prepayment of our stay was requested. The demand for advance payment was conveyed in a way that felt both insistent and borderline threatening, with repeated daily warnings (even in my personal whats up account) that our reservation would be canceled unless we complied. Moreover the payment link provided was flagged by our bank as potentially unsafe, subject to further unease. Note also our disappointment that this payment process was been refused by the hotel to be handled through the Booking.com platform, where the reservation was been made, as it would have ensured a secure & seamless experience.

Great Breakfast. Proximity to the beach was a plus. Restaurants were both high quality. Service staff for foyer, room, pool and restaurants were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The resort had a great layout with the buggy transfer service making getting around easy.

Not really a criticism, more of a situation. It was a bit untidy at the beach with non resort guests walking through the reserved seating to access the beach. Staff still provided great service to guests in spite of difficulties in policing recalcitrant individuals..

The facilities are amazing , private and common swimming pools, beaches and wonderful spa with many different types of treatments available . The people made everything possible to please us and were extremely helpful and accommodating. The service was exceptional. The restaurant had very nice food for breakfast and dinner, personnel were just great , everything organised to the smallest detail. We were especially impressed after checking out how the people waived when we were leaving with the taxi for the airport. Great hospitality and warmth felt at home.Highly recommend this place for holiday.

I absolutely loved my stay at Jumeirah Bali. The service was outstanding - warm, attentive, and truly five-star. On my birthday, the team surprised me with a delicious cake and a beautifully decorated room, which made my day unforgettable. The breakfast was exquisite, both in taste and presentation, and the setting was simply breathtaking. Every corner of the resort felt like a dream - peaceful, elegant, and full of charm.

Honestly, everything was perfect. I truly appreciated every detail.
