I don’t know where to start. The hotel is brand new and it’s so beautiful, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and super clean. The staff is amazing, kind and very helpful. We will definitely come back.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! They went over and above to help me navigate my way round and were always polite and kind. It made such a difference having such a supportive team from the reception staff, bar staff and the owner. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, mine had a balcony overlooking the Main Street through Vlora with a large balcony where I sat with a glass of wine to watch what looked like the whole population of Vlora - from babies, excited children and young people to old ladies dressed in black who would come out to walk in the early evenings along the Main Street down to the beach as the temperature was going down.

Only that I couldn’t stay longer!

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. This beautiful family owned place made me feel at home instantly, and that’s truly what they’re all about. Every detail, from the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches, showed real care. The location was perfect, the room spotless and cozy, and the atmosphere exactly what I hoped for: peaceful, personal, and full of heart. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how incredible my stay was.

The room was very modern and clean, and the staff were very friendly and attentive - they arranged an earlier breakfast for us and we had to leave early in the morning. The hotel was in a good central location and easy to find.

Unfortunately our room was right opposite reception, so we were woken at 3am to people ringing reception for a long time trying and get let in to the building. Also, the card machine did not work when we came to pay so we had to withdraw cash and pay the bank commission which we were trying to avoid.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owner was not only thoughtful and attentive, but also very warm and approachable on a personal level, which made our stay even more pleasant. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a stunning view. We would gladly stay here again!

Newly opened hotel with excellent customer service. Very clean and comfortable room. Very well located with steps to supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and shops. Short walking distance to the old town. Selection of quality foods and beverages for breakfast. The staff helped with our suitcases. There are 18 steps to get to the elevator.

A luggage rack would be very useful.

We liked so much our star in Sasso that we came back for our last night in Vlora. As a family business, we were treated like part of it, and all the service was brilliant. From staff to quality of everything! We had towels, products for shower and self-care in the bathroom, free water in the room and an amazing breakfast served in the morning. We definitely recommend. 10/10!!!!

Everything was super clean, facilities are all new. The bed was really great!, firm the way I like it! The staff was very friendly! We loved our stay. Location was convenient for us as we did not have car the hotel was right at the city centre and a short walk 18min to the beach.

Great quality furnishings, beds, shower, decor etc.. Very nice family running it. Very accommodating. Great location on bustling street, away from beach side hotels and quiet at night. Rooftop bar/ breakfast area. Free parking.

Minor issue - bedside lamp only on one side of bed.

Amazing staff - family owned, great location in the city center, the rooftop bar is a big plus, breakfast serving local produce, everything in the room is brand new and top notch, very comfy beds, nice balcony to enjoy quality time
