The room was spacious and comfortable, modern and we loved the mini kitchen with a more than ample fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and Dinner (we were half board) offered good variety of quality food - for Dinner one selected one's main course, The pool area was spacious and we also enjoyed the indoor pool with jacuzzi.

Swimming pool closes too early (1900). Better instruction as to where to catch shuttle bus from Port Aventura back to the hotel, would have saved us a 3km walk (after which we researched better!)

Friendly staff, convenient way to the park, nice (simple but pretty variable) breakfast. Neat and clean towels, bedroom, nice view to the city and pool, windows weren’t blocked so you can open it and have fresh air (we turned off conditioner as it was too strong for us, we live windows while it is not too hot to use them)

Kind of old equipment, the shower was hard to fix at one spot, it was very flexible. A bit noisy since there is poor sound isolation. Floor wasn’t very clean.

Clean room, polite, friendly staff, safe carpark, proximity to shops for supplies. Great food, found it beneficial to go for half board, rather than just bed and breakfast, much simpler when arriving for dinner.

Not that I didn't like, but the lift buttons don't work on both sides, and the clock appears to be wrong at the top of the lift. Did not affect my stay at all, just small things noted.

Amazing hotel, 4stars facilities, I totally recommend that you book half board since the breakfast and the dinner are 5*. Nice lobby area, nice elevator with interior view of the hotel, it also has a relaxing room to watch tv and to play some games:) The breakfast is rich, everything you could ever wish: omlette, eggs, bacon, cheese, sweets, cakes, natural juice, coffee, cereals,.yogurt. You can even eat outside next to pool. And the dinner is a-la-carte, you choose what you want and they prepare it on the spot. We booked this hotel as it was only 10 minutes by car from Portaventura. It's very convenient to book hotel and tickets+ half board. The hotel is in a nice area, with a lot of shops close(mercadona, lidl, etc). The personnel is great, reception and restaurant, we felt very welcome. The hotel has also parking at -2 level, but there is some free parking on the public streets outside also.

We think we left our spare Jaguar remote keys behind and after a phone call and several emails on booking.com. Very upset as this should have been attended to straightaway. We stayed on 1st September so have given them plenty of chance to respond. We always stay here every year but will seriously think about staying again

Stayed 1 night. Quick check-in. Descent breakfast, nothing spectacular. Clean room. A little bit of noise of the road, we had a room facing big street - but that’s a normal thing in a city.

Free coffee at breakfast is bad. But there is an option to get proper coffee at the bar for extra charge.

Great hotel within about a 30 minute walk of portaventura and 50 minute walk to Salou. Lovely breakfast with a good selection including cereals, hot food and pastries. Comfy bed!

WiFi in our room didn't work particularly well so used our mobile data. Not sure if this is just where our room was located or its general in the hotel. Pool bar was not open in the afternoon which was disappointing. Overall though we had a wonderful stay and would return!

Good location ...5-10 min drive from portaventura or 30 min walk. Good value for money considering rate included half board and tickets to park. Good selection at buffet breakfast and good choice from evening meal table d'hote menu. Wine and beer prices reasonable. Nice spa area to relax in at the end if the day..again at reasonable cost.

No bar in which to sit and enjoy a post park day drink or pre dinner aperitif. Had to leave the hotel to find a local pub/resto.evening meal service a bit rushed.

Perfect place to stay before/after PortAventura. We had lovely clean and big room with wonderful view! And breakfast was tasty, many fruits, eggs, bacon, sweet things, everything, except vegetables- it could be more vegetables, but children were happy.

Loved the location, the building was very modern, chill area was fabulous, service was brilliant, staff were super nice and helpful

Only issue is the bed was not a double bed, it was two singles put together, we were under the impression that a double room would have a double bed
