The room was very comfortable, the location is excellent for access to the parks and the buffet breakfast and dinner had a variety of choices. Staff members were overall very responsive and eager to help. The pool was clean and not overly chlorinated. On the last day, as we had to check out at 11 and our flight wasn't until 7pm, the hotel makes gym facilities available to have a shower before departing.

Some of the staff members seemed to have absolutely no knowledge of English (bearing in mind the number of tourists from international countries) and the hotel could do with some maintenance in common areas such as lifts. But assuming that these works are generally carried out during off-peak seasons. Although the hotel is overall good value for money, they make extra money from essentials such as vending machines (water was way too expensive) and although we were told that we would be able to stow luggage, we weren't advised until check out that there was a charge for using the hotel lockers.

The room was good and clean. The environment was very good, with water and trees. The staff was very good and helpful. The water was fine with a lot of pressure.

It would be better if a small kettle was available in the room, with a few tea and coffee bags. If you wanted something to drink during the night you should leave the room and go to the nearby cafe if it was open, or make sure you bought in advance something and put it in the small fridge, but it would be cold not warm. The hotel had only one machine for water. Additionally there was no brush in the toilet

We had a 4 night stay HB as family of 4. Age 15&12. Food at breakfast and dinner were top quality. The facilities were spotless both in hotel and in parks. Food and drinks reasonably priced. Lots to do. Great that we could go in and out parks when suited. Staff very helpful and quick to help… locked out of safe and repaired at 22:30.

We had 2 double beds which is fine but pushed up together so quite restrictive as our kids are older. No option to move as bedside cabinets built in. Had a problem with a foul smell whenever air conditioning on, staff very quick to try to treat it which initially worked a little but smell back by day 3. Hotel fully booked so no option to move rooms. Reported it and smell in corridor it not fixed. Also had a payment issue through booking.com which was rectified but on arrival hotel not updated and tried to charge us 3 times the amount. Had email trail which said payment collected on arrival which reception staff didn’t know about.

Food was very good. Convenient to the theme park. Salou only a short distance away, could walk it. Taxi only €10. Swimming pools not busy as most guests were in the theme park. Very large swimming pool. Handy small shop for sun cream etc. Great shower in bathroom. Lovely restaurant beside large pool, food very good here. Staff very quick at organising taxis outside reception. Towels available to rent for €2 each. Staff very friendly.

I didn’t like the pressure of slots for breakfast and dinner. The meal wasn’t relaxing as we only had 40 minutes to eat breakfast/1 hour for dinner with someone over to the table every day to tell us we had 10 minutes left! You would need a sat nav to find your room, signage very weak. Always a queue at reception, even if 1 person in front of you in the queue it could take 20 minutes of a wait. No tea/coffee/water in room, no mini bar. Rooms quite small. A shop for basic food and drinks badly needed.

The hotel facilities are great. The room was as expected and quite comfortable. The staff on site are excellent and very helpful.

Only thing we found disappointing was that the shower flooded the floor and the only way to avoid this was to put towels and the end of the bath to stop the water flowing onto the floor. There was evidence of water damage on the floor and wall from previous guest. The food and drink prices are quite high but to be expected. The sauna was not operational at all during our stay.

The room was amazing. Very clean, beds were amazing. 2 double beds for 2 people. Very quiet air conditioned room. The shower was excellent. The restaurant buffet del port 10 out of 10 staff, food, atmosphere all perfect. The food selection was a little limited but good hot food. All staff spoke English. The reception was slow but efficient The arrival was a little confusing to stand in the correct queue at reception. But once that was sorted they were efficient and friendly and spoke to us in English.

The Restaurant buffet del Mar. Was cold, noisey, cold food, and they kept running out of food. The waiter insisted on speaking to us in french! We are English Spanish speaking people. The TV had few channels and in the winter there is no bar only a cafe which was not like a hotel bar. Mostly outdoor seating which in winter in the evening was chilly. So it would be nice to have a few more channels to watch in the evening. I read a lot of people complained about the rules for meals. We did not find this annoying and it worked well, the future is digital! I could imagine if you are not digitally minded it may be inconvenient.

Our bedroom was big and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The swimming pool is huge. The breakfasts and dinners were way better than I expected after reading the other comments. They even took seriously my gluten free diet. The entrance to the 3 parks are very close. The only problem was that my 7 years old could not do many attractions because you need to be 140cm height for most of them. Under that height the attractions are more for little kids. And mine enjoys big rides like space mountain in EuroDisney. So it was very frustrating for him. So I reckon this experience will be better when he will be older or if had been 5 years old or less. Nevertheless we will come back to this hotel :)

Thank you for your concern for gluten free diets, but please change the bread because it is like plastic and really hard to eat.

The hotel is by the entrance to the theme park so very easy to go in and out, also handy for the water park. The exterior is very nice with the Mediterrnean feel making it very chilled out. The pool is the highlight, it's massive and seems to wind through the middle of the hotel area for ages. It also never got that busy even in the day time, it was nearly empty first and last thing. The buffet restaurants are also great, wide selection and decent food. You do get a time slot you need to book as early as you can but it all worked out fine, the kids don't hang around anyway so we were always in and out before the time was up. The staff were also very friendly and helpful when checking in using the online machines. There's a locker room for storing luggage and machines for buying express passes and tickets for the water park.

The interior hallways and rooms are a bit tired looking. The rooms were more for sleeping in then designed to be a relaxing space. No kettle and only one plug. The hotel is also large and spread over a wide area so it can feel like you're walking for miles to get to the park. We also arrived by train from Barcelona and it is a big walk from the station to get there, maybe 20 minutes in the summer heat. It's not very well signposted either, but it's probably more designed to be for families hiring cars than public transport.

Room supplied wasn't suitable at that time for use and we brought this to the hotels attention. They reviewed to room condition and moved us to alternative location. Half board option and food was excellent both breakfast and dinner for quality, presentation and selections.

Need to understand why the original room was deemed fit for use, whilst it was resolved the experience was upsetting having just arrived. Again fault bot with reception staff, they were very professional

We loved the hotel. It was huge though and a kind walk to our room. The reception and pool areas and rooms are really lovely. We stayed in a first floor room which seem slightly bigger than ground floor room. The carpet areas in the halls let the place down but that was the only complaint . Breakfast was great and very efficiently run. In the evening the Italian restaurant on sister was very nice and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The pool bar was also very nice (busy but nice) Poolside beds were not comfortable but overall our stay was great.
