Exceptional Service During a Difficult Time I stayed at HOTEL L'AVENUE during an unexpected vehicle breakdown while travelling through the area, and I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and support. They went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful situation. Not only was the hotel comfortable and welcoming, but the team also helped me find a local car rental company when I had no transport. Their assistance was incredibly helpful and made a huge difference during my stay. The service was truly outstanding — professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. Warm Hospitality and Genuine Support During my unexpected stay at HOTEL L'AVENUE, I experienced some of the best hospitality I’ve encountered while travelling. The staff were not only welcoming and professional, but also incredibly compassionate and proactive in helping me through a challenging situation when my car broke down. They offered practical assistance when I needed it most — including helping me find a rental car, which made all the difference during my trip. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the entire hotel had a calm, inviting atmosphere that made me feel at ease. This is far more than just a place to sleep — it’s a team that truly cares about its guests. I’m very grateful for their kindness and would absolutely stay here again.

Very to the railway station, room gives all the necessary comfort, mini fridge in the room. Communication prior to check in was superb. Microwave available. Perfect for a short stay and still adequate for a longer one unless you intend to sit in your room all day.

Microwave in the hallway (rather than in a separate room) feels a little strange though it certainly didn't bother me.

The staff in the restaruant are very kind. The man from the restaurant was so helpful, and the waitress girls were kind, and they smiled a lot:) I like the happy people. The room was clean. It was ok. Good value for this price.

Little problem with the door code but the man from the restaurant solved this problem very fast.

Hassle free check-in and check-out, clear instructions received upfront. You have all the basics in the room or in the common areas (microwave, fridge). The beds are very comfortable and room was clean and bright.

It was a very short stay, so not much to observe. Maybe the check-in starting hour is a bit late at 4 PM (we were granted an hour sooner, but was the best to get).

Completely effortless! No-staff hotel but leave a tip for the maid, I forgot.... Clearly defined room access. Everything as promised. Maid cleaned our apartment even during my 2 night stay!

Really nice, modern room, well thought out with a great restaurant below which we eat in twice. Staff were super friendly and even though there was a language barrier, they were very helpful.

Carpark was open and felt insecure.

utterly modern and everything looked spotless! loved the fridge in room and coffee maker etc. view over the lake was a bonus. restaurant underneath was superb indeed. huge bathroom. parking adjacent however if there’s no spaces left there is a massive Free car park adjoining it with over a hundred spaces! rooms serviced daily and towels changed. excellent find.

satellite tv didn’t include any British channels? not a deal breaker though. no hotel reception did mean we relied on a mobile signal on the day of arrival for the entry code for doors but we did receive it and it was an excellent way of keeping costs low and we were fine with it.

Everything worked. Quiet spot. Parking was easy and off the street. Only use rear entrance from parking area. Coded entry then keyed apartment with ensuite
