The rooms are a good size, good hot water in the showers, comfortable beds and AC works. WiFi strength is reasonable in the rooms. Breakfast is the star of the show, a wide selection and quickly replenished buffet. Very good value and the location is great off a pedestrian street in the centre, with a public balcony area on the first floor.

A few small things not working in the room, like plug sockets and the shower tap. And we noticed the hotel claims they speak English and Spanish, which they don't at all. A bit of cheeky false advertising! Early check in not available. It's 14:00 on the dot.

A beautiful city with a perfect weather, Honestly everything was so perfect very well located but the fact that there’s NO Pao de queijo in the hotel for breakfast made me sad, I was hoping so bad for pao de queijo :(

The hotel is downtown and outside you are in famous square at the city. The breakfast was fantastic, many fruits and of course my black coffee. All the staffs were amazing. The room is quiet, cozy, and comfortable room. I will recommend this hotel

Just some niggles - fridge in room quite noisy, one of the lifts was out of order, bed not very comfy, water pressure in shower a little low.

The property is located in the bustling downtown with many wonderful things to do so close to you. There were even theater street performers right outside the front of the hotel

The cleanliness could be improved especially in common areas. Also the beds are not uniform or all comfortable. Also parking is paid and away from the building

Tudo é agradável, dependendo do quarto em que você se hospeda. O café da manhã é completinho, só sinto falta de um suco natural ao invés dos prontos, é pq parece artificial demais o qual é servido. Mas de resto gosto de tudo, ambiente, o quarto, as toalhas limpas, o lugar é muito central.

Pretty much everything! The food, the staff, people in the city. It was a great experience overall

Just one little thing, and that too on our last night at the hotel, we had a strange noise coming through the roof the entire night, but we managed :)
