Staff is super nice and welcoming, bed is very comfortable, room was cleaned properly. Dogs are welcomed!!! Welcome sweets made a personalized touch. Thank you very much!

if you are picky, the soundproofing is not 100%, I heard music from the neighbors, but it did not prevent me from sleeping. I also specifically chose a hotel with parking, the parking near the hotel is a city parking, there were plenty of places, but from 08:00 to 13:00 you need to pay for it every half hour.

Very nice facilities: super comfortable beds, nice shower, nice space. In the heart of the city.

I had a non cancelable reservation but had to change the dates. They made it very difficult to change dates even though they had available rooms for the new date, which was one week later. They said no at first, I had to contact different channels, nobody could help, until finally they approved the change one day before the trip. Unnecessary difficult.

The Dormero Hotel is a well-run, modern hotel centrally located in the beautiful town of Hersbruck. It sits on a historic town plaza, full of life and tranquil in the evenings. The personnel is very attentive, and the rooms are comfortable, with a clean, contemporary design. Bright red predominates. We arrived on bicycles, and the staff made certain we had a safe place to park.

The price for breakfast seemed a little high. Perhaps the hotel could offer Breakfast 1 at this normal price and a smaller option at a smaller price?

Very pleasant location. Welcoming staff (didn't catch his name) but was VERY helpful and explained everything we needed to know in excellent English...sorry, my German is poor :-( Great facilities although the translation of StayFancy was a little odd for UK person and the red lighting a little interesting! :-)

It is nice to have a coffee/ tea/ be able to get hot water in your room (eg if you need to make a hot drink for medicinal reasons) but not much of a concern.

The hotel location was perfectly situated directly in the center of town. The breakfast and coffee were good, but a bit overpriced.

What was aggravating was the electrical situation in the room. My phone battery was almost dead and I wanted to charge it while I went to dinner. This was not possible since all the electrical outlets turn off when you leave with your key card.

Super comfortable beds and great shower. We could park the car right in front of the hotel during the night for free. It is right on the main square with restaurants and a great bakery very close by.

The price of the breakfast was quite high considering you can have a lovely breakfast in the bakery right by the hotel.

Very modern hotel in the small town of Hersbruck, relatively close to Nurnberg. Probably built quite recently since everything seems very new. Very friendly staff. Lots of freebies: drinks in the room mini-bar; brownies; reception goodies; leckerli for the dog.

Everything was fine. No blemishes. Keep up the good job and the low prices.

The whole hotel was amazing. Every Dormero hotel has its own pet, Hersbruck has Sissi and Franz (frogs). The room was excellent. Very good bed and aircon. And the room was huge. And hotel is funny also :D...we had disco lights in our room :D

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but it was still good. Could have maybe whole breads that you can cut yourself

It was a great stay, the staff is super friendly and cooperative. The location is proper and in the centre of the town. The amenities are all active not like other hotels. Loved it

Big, comfortable rooms with aircon. The reception and kitchen/breakfast staff were lovely. The gym was an added bonus.

Housekeeping was really intermittent and unpredictable. I stayed there 5 days and my room got serviced once. Weird.
