The location was really excellent. The stay was generally nice, although better suitable for a couple or max for 3 persons, rather than for four adults. They do not really have a room for four people they just put additional bed or join two sofas. The manager Mr. Andrea was exceptionally friendly and always assisted us when needed even changed the room upon our request etc.

Breakfast was disappointing a bit, no vegetables, cheap ham, cheap white toast bread, cold boiled eggs, everyday the same.

The bnb is located in the main road of Cagliari, very close to all the main attractions. Although the road is a pedestrian street (which is a plus), you can get very close to the entrance by car, so that you can drop your luggage. Parking might be difficult, but this applies to the whole historical center of Cagliari. The room was clean, the AC very much appreciated, and breakfast was generous. The staff was kind and helpful. .

Location for stay is the best in Cagliari, next to the Bastion and main street. Everything is close by feet and well connected with public transport. Breakfast was very delicious. Stuff was very friendly, helpful and kind. They recommended us very good restaurants. Next time in Cagliari we will definitely stay at this place.

It was easy to find and the instructions for self check-in were given via whatapp were very clear. The room was as described with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was wonderful and we were given great recommendations. The location was great - central without being on the main strip which was only a 5 min walk away.

the location was amazing, pedestrian area, no cars. the hotel was really good, very welcoming and also very well kept. everything was as expected and although we were a bit early, the owner did not have any issues with that. it was a lovely experience.

The staff were all very helpful and accommodating when we arrived early for check-in. The staff gave us some super recommendations for dinner. The rooms were lovely, clean and had a nice feel about them.

The view could have been better, it just looks onto an alleyway, but there is not much which can be done about that and didn't detract from our overall enjoyable experience.

Perfectly placed in the city , clean , comfortable and easy to follow instructions for everything we needed. The staff we met were so lovely and Andrea did everything to help when we needed it including contacts for airport transfer

Location was brilliant in the old part of the city. It was lovely and quiet. The room was spotlessly clean with excellent facilities ie fridge and kettle which were super. Communication and check in info were brilliant. We also had an early breakfast and could leave our bags until later in the day. A super stay and a real gem.

We stayed here on the first and last nights of our trip to Sardinia. The apartments were immaculate, the location is perfect and the service was 5 star. Andrea even arranged us a taxi after we checked out. Would highly recommend Eva Apartment.

The listing states that there are 2 single beds and a double bed but the two singles were connected, making another double. It would have been better for us to have two singles but it wasn’t a big problem
