Excellent location, close to the lake. Beautiful view from the balcony.

The breakfast was below average. The coffee at breakfast was usually only tepid.

A comfortable hotel near the coast and the promenade of Lake Ohrid. Nicely furnished rooms and a restaurant on the ground floor. Friendly staff, always ready to help. We visited the hotel out of season and appreciated the hotel manager's decision to upgrade our family room to a suite.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. What could be improved and is probably beyond the hotel's control is a stream mixed with dirty water flowing into the lake and a part of the lake near the beach that is full of rubbish.

Hoteli eshte shume afer me shetitoren, me tushemishtin. E sugjeroj per te gjithe. We were in Pogradec for a weekend. The hotel was very clean, the rooms with great views and huge verandas, very beautiful furnishings, the hotel is comfortable, warm, the staff and the service are excellent 👌🏻 just like Pogradecars have culture. The hotel is very close to the promenade, to Tushemishti. I suggest it to everyone.

Breakfast was a bit poor in terms of choice for people that like sweet food in the morning. The coffee at the buffet wasn't good and you had to pay extra to get one from the bar. (Sorry, but you need to improve this aspect.) Wi-fi: wasn't working well as long as we stayed there. The manager told us they are working on it.

We stayed for one night at this hotel and we enjoyed it a lot. The room is spacious, the floor is warm, the bathroom has good water temperature and pressure, the staff is helpful and kind. The parking is large enough for a couple of cars.

The "view" to the lake is very limited as there are trees, another hotel and a park in front of the hotel. The breakfast wasn't buffet style (maybe because of the season) and the the sizes were kind of small. There was just a misunderstanding with Booking because apparently they can't take the payment directly from Booking and you had to pay at the hotel.

The property is located in a beautiful area very near the amazing lake of Pogradec. The service and the staff including the owner of this hotel Mrs. Vjollca are extremely friendly and helpful and kind. They make one feel like they are at home.

Modern, newly updated, with nicely equipped rooms. Clean and fresh. Good location near city center and the central beach in Pogradec. Many good restaurants in the vincinity. Price is good for this hotel standard. Breakfast Ok, but could be a bit better. Friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is a credit to Albania by far the best in our travels here the best shower bed and location since we left Oz 5 weeks ago, the owner was nothing short of amazing the whole stay if 2nites was amazing we didnt want to leave!! We had our room upgraded totally awesome. If we ever came back to Albania would come here. Clean great views everything was as advertised and better.

The lady behind the desk was both friendly and professional, which makes you feel welcome. Bed was very comfortable. The room had many different kinds of lamps and ambiance lights. The bathroom was very comfortable and luxury. It had a huge balcony. Parking was very well arranged. View from room on a park and the lake. Breakfast was really good, and their staff refilled all food frequently.

a very good hotel. very quiet location but still in the city. We can only recommend it. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. we felt very comfortable. we will come back. Thank you to the family.
