I really liked this hotel! The design, the service, and the overall experience were excellent. The staff was very professional and welcoming, and a special thank you to the manager at the reception, who gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and took great care of us.

However, there were two issues that affected my stay. The street noise was quite intense due to the old window frames—it felt like sleeping right on the street. I even had to buy earplugs to get a good night’s sleep. Also, there was a fridge in the room that emitted a very bright light at night, which was quite disturbing.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The appropriate level of discretion was always maintained. Special requests were also carried out promptly and immediately. The selection at breakfast was more than sufficient and the freshly prepared omelettes were fantastic.

There is nothing to complain about during this stay. I would just like to add that the beds were a little too firm for my personal needs. However, this has no impact on the rating of the hotel, which is highly recommended.

This is a small boutique hotel that’s central with food shops and sumpermarts just a stone’s throw away. Rooms are small and bathrooms even smaller. Claustrophobic I’d say. Even for the bigger category rooms one can’t swing a cat inside. Breakfast was good with the best eggs served. What was outstanding thou were the staff who made our stay personable and pleasant. They emphasise on getting to know you and make it a point to connect hence I can understand the high ratings. 5 star for service! 4 for everything else.

Tiny bathrooms were a bummer!

We stayed twice on this property and loved it. All the staff are cheerful and welcoming people. They communicate very well and take care of all our needs. The breakfast is excellent, the ambience at the restaurant is great. The main street view from the room is lovely and they have good restaurants around the hotel. The beds are comfy and clean. My kids loved the hotel too.

There should be a lock on the door for younger children not be able to leave their rooms.

As a Turkish who lives in France, I wanted to visit Ankara with my girlfriend who is French. I was lucky have chosen this hotel. I don’t know where to start, everything was perfect. The food was amazing and cheap, the interiors are magnificent, the room was very comfortable, the personnel was professional and genuinely friendly. The piano near the receptions desk is not just a decoration; I played it!

The stay was comfortable and the location was convenient to step out to grab a drink or a meal. Its a short drive or cab ride away from the sightseeing spots. The reception staff was very sweet and helpful and offered us a complimentary breakfast with our room which was lovely! Parking is available right outside the hotel. It was just a one night layover for us enroute to Cappadocia and worked out really well.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and made sure of my comfort. Shortly after my arrival they had sent a complimentary fruit plate- a nice treat after a long travel day. The breakfast provided is the best I’ve experienced in Turkey. They have an omelette/egg station, a variety of delicious whole food jams, yogurt station and a lovely dining space.

The room was a bit on the smaller side, like a business hotel room.

First of all, the staff starting from the front desk to the kitchen…Mr. Hakan, Betul, Adem and all. The location is perfect as it is nearby all attractive destinations such as shopping and city walks, the Cafeteria and doner restaurant on opposite side are the best to taste real Turkish food…the area is so clean, safe and alive

The hotel looks beautiful and is decorated tastefully. Everything is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The best thing about this hotel has to be the service. Everyone was very courteous, helpful and the little gestures they made to make our stay extra special really made us say that this is one of the best hotels in Turkey! Location is good too. It is easily within walking distance of some landmarks and eateries.

Five stars for the service 😊 Upon arrival, the staff took over the luggage and took it to the rooms, the car was parked in the underground parking lot free of charge, we received a free continental breakfast during the entire stay. Complimentary welcome fruit plate. The rooms are not very big but they are very comfortable and clean. You have all the necessary hygiene products. You get free water every day and you have a mini bar. I am especially satisfied with the lady who cleans the rooms, EVERYTHING is perfectly clean and tidy when you come back to the room. In the breakfast restaurant you have very good service and a wonderful Turkish breakfast. Special kudos to the lady who is at the entrance of the restaurant because she always makes sure if you are missing anything and if you have any special requests. I can say that you have the best service from the staff of all the hotels in Turkey.

As a suggestion for improvement, buy more comfortable bed mattresses and pillows.
