The staff was wonderful from check in to the property manager at check out. We only booked one night at 1st for our son's track meet but after looking around decided to make a weekend of it and book the next night too! Very clean and indoor pool was a plus. Overexceeded my expectations for the price and would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Staff is fantastic! Apologies I can't remember the name, it's the same person each time I've stayed and she's always friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was mediocre, food was average tasting, there wasn't enough coffee that morning for all the guests when I was leaving, time was 6:30am. assumed they'd have plenty on hand in the morning.

Very clean hotel with amazing staff and breakfast. My favorite hotel breakfast in a very long time.

Semi Musty and everything felt humid. We did go when it was 103 outside though.

Staff was great! Felt safe and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Room was missing light socket covers. Someone had taped down the curtains so that the air would flow into the room I guess. The bathroom ceiling had obvious mold spots all over it. The fridge froze anything we put in it no matter what temp it was set at.

Breakfast was well stocked. Enjoyed the waffles and hot items.

There was something odd about the "guide" on the television. After midnight on the first night everything just said "to be announced." It stayed this way the rest of the visit.

I am a picky eater when it comes to breakfast and would have preferred a fruit option and or oatmeal. Also, some alternative flavors for creamer. The coffee was just fine as well.

The stay, staff, vicinity too my destination was great. The manager Lillie was one of the nicest people I have met! If I’m ever in Benton I would return to stay their. Not much I didn’t like.

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and the housekeepers are very sweet. The food is also very good for breakfast.

Didn't think about it being memorial day weekend... so the price was higher than I usually pay. But still not as expensive as most.

Very clean and comfortable room. Exceptionally quiet for quilt week. Close to Paducah with many food options available. Very friendly staff.

No microwave in my room. Breakfast was adequate to start my day. Please consider adding instant oatmeal and a unsweetened cereal.
