The staff were vey nice & friendly. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast in the morning had scrambled eggs, potatoes & sausage links and patties. There were biscuits and sausage gravy! There was also toast & waffle maker along with cold yogurts, fruit juices tea & coffee. My room was comfortable along with the bed. Shower head great water pressure & no issues with hot water! Room could be painted & updated lighting but it was clean & they are remodeling the bathrooms. It was close to many restaurants and a great cake for the money. I’d stay again!

Loved location next to several good restaurants and stores. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly.

There were several nights men stood on sidewalks smoking and throwing cigarette butts on the grass. Some left them on the window sills, not much can be done, but very discouraging for a nice hotel.

Location, price, and clean. Also the staff was excellent!

I stay at Best Western most the time I go to Murray and they changed the pillows. The pillows were very small and were not very comfy. I also prefer to be on the lower level.

I was not a fan of the outside doors to get into the rooms but overall it was a nice quiet place with a very friendly staff.

NIce beds, nice pool, nice staff. all around nice place. Breakfast food was good with a nice selection of food.

I would have liked the breakfast to go to 10:00 am. It closes at 9:00 am difficult on a long weekend stay.

the staff were very kind during check in. They explained where my room was and gave me suggestions on where to park to get there easier. The staff that was serving breakfast greeted every person that came in. The room was clean and the bed was soft. It's located right off the main highway so getting to the hotel and getting to other places in town was quick and easy

The iron in our room was not working. Will enjoy it when you add a laundry facility.

It was ok. Wish there was a microwave where I could have heated food. My eggs were little cold. I enjoyed the waffle maker. Also the orange juice and coffee was good. Tables were cleaned and staff was very polite.

Hotter food

The breakfast was very good, with many choices to choose from, but I would have to say the best part of our stay was meeting and talking with the staff. Jessica and 'I think her name is Tammy', were awesome and they did a fantastic job given the situation they were in. Our daughter recently moved to KY, from CA, and because of Jessica and Tammy, we will definitely be staying at the Best Western University every time we visit!!!

The bathtub needs a grab bar as it gets very slippery.
