It was clean, quiet, and easy to find. The beds were soft and comfortable, the room had a mini fridge and a microwave, as well as a coffee maker. The water pressure was really good. The breakfast was good (waffle maker!!) and well-stocked. They even had eclipse glasses for travelers.

The hotel either doesn’t have an elevator anymore or there isn’t a working elevator. So if you bring a lot of stuff and are on the second floor, be prepared to make a couple of trips up and down the stairs.

Check in was fairly straight forward. Bed was good and shower strong.

Not sure if it is there fault but was a but costly for an overnight. Continental breakfast was OK but very limited. The smell of the room was a bit off putting but once the ac was on I did not smell it again.

The breakfast was typical: yogurt, waffles, bagels, juice, but acceptable. I was thrilled that the room was carpetless! No more tip toeing on potentially filthy carpet. The room was also surprisingly large. The man working the front desk was wonderful: polite, knowledgable, and friendly.

The cleaning fluids used in the lobby and hallway were a bit too strong smelling.

Large clean room, comfortable bed, plus refrigerator. Maid service was excellent! Waffles, coffee, and juice was very good for breakfast.

Hard to maintain comfortable temperature. Set temperature at 64 and was more like 84. Turned it off completely and was more comfortable. Ice machine on first floor out of service.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly

The billing method. Tried to extend my stay but they wanted to bill me for the entire stay, again, after already billing me for the previous days I'd already stayed. Ended up leaving at the end of my original planned stay versus staying an additional 5 nights.

Very friendly staff. Could tell there was some upgrades recently performed. You could tell it was an older hotel that was upgraded.

Floor in room was dirty looking needed to be mopped. Mattress felt old needed to be replaced.

Facility is a bit older but in good condition overall and clean. Breakfast selection is limited- waffles, cereal, bagels/toast and yogurt. Very convenient to area attractions and restaurants.

They didn't clean our room while staying there. Sat I said we didn't need but Sunday and Monday I expected garbage and towels to be changed.
