We arrived right at dinner time to check in. We were coming from a family reunion that was outside. It was clean, cool, and most importantly the staff was the sweetest! While there was a line of patrons waiting to check in the 2 service desk staff members were working hard with big smiles on their faces. On this particular evening someone accidently spilled and entire plate of food on the floor near the reception desk. While they were very busy, we really didn't see anyone sweat. They got it cleaned up, food served, and everyone checked in without any issues. I was very impressed with the staff!!

I have no general complaints about my stay. We were there for such a short time - but really didn't encounter any negatives. Even with it being super busy we never felt like we were an afterthought.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reasonable rates. The room and the hotel are not flashy or even really modern but everything works really well. Air conditioner, refrigerator, hot water, bed and pillows are comfortable. Quiet room -no noise from other rooms. Anything you need from a hotel, it works well. The room was clean. The only thing I would say would be that the hotel needs another elevator. There’s only one so it can get busy and there can be a wait. Pool was open until 10 PM and people were swimming and enjoying it. Free breakfast 8-10.

This was my second stay at the inn. The first time, there were renovations going on. In no way did those cause any issues with my stay at that time. My recent stay was perfect. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was perfect, clean, quiet and cozy. The one exception was the thermostat. I kept trying to lower the temperature and it insisted on staying at the "set" temperature. After several attempts to change it, I finally gave up. I did wake up during the night at one point due to being too warm. My preference is 68 degrees. The thermostat stayed at 74 degrees. With that being the only issue, which probably could have been solved with a simple call to the front desk, I still enjoyed my stay.

The accommodations were great! The amenities set Drury Inn apart from the rest. The hotel is beautiful and well-kept. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the hours of use. The fitness center being 24 hours was perfect for us. Breakfast, dinner, popcorn, and kick-back drinks were all delicious and well prepared. We were not expecting the quality of the food provided. We're used to hotel breakfast being a small bowl of cereal, toast, and maybe a muffin. This was a whole hot breakfast with pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fruit, and pastries! Dinner was restaurant quality and different buffet options both nights we stayed. Nachos, bbq, hotdogs, chili, grilled chicken Alfredo, salad, baked potato, and fountain drinks. Hot coffee 24 hours too! And if you didn't get your fill, they also have a mini convenience store with snacks, drinks, and essential items. Towels were soft. The room was just right. This was our first time staying at Drury Inn, but it definitely WON'T be our last!

Would have been nice to have a small freezer in our mini fridge, but we managed without it. The bed was a bit too firm for me, but husband and teen had no issues. My back is just super picky.

Hotel was exceptionally clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful from check in to check out. We were shocked at how nice everyone was! We arrived just before the end of the evening Kickback, and the lady at the front desk encouraged us to hurry so we could take advantage of the food. We are so glad we did! The food (bbq) and sides were delicious. Food was plentiful and everything was so clean! The room was wonderful, beds slept so well, and full breakfast was delicious!

We enjoy having hot eggs of some kind which they had that morning as well as sausage patties. The orange juice was very good and they even had the soft drink machine available for anyone who might want such that early in the day.

The only thing we did not like was the price. The price was gauged for the solar eclipse which is what we came for but I feel that only the night of the eclipse should have been priced as high as it was. For example, we stayed an extra day - one would think that would help a little with pricing. I do think (for the price) that solar eclipse glasses should have been included. I bought them for my classes - a box of 100 was around $40 - so they could have easily done this with as much as they charged for the rooms.

I liked how clean everything was and how kind and accomodating the staff were. We really liked Phyllis she was so incredible, and kind to us like a good friend.The breakfast was actually amazing one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. We had a great experience at Drury Inn and we would highly recommend it. If we are ever in Nebraska again we'd love to stay there.

The only thing that was annoying was the bathroom door that didn’t close so we had to put shoes or back packs behind it to keep it closed I am not sure if it was just broken or just made that way not to close.

We loved the complimentary dinner and breakfast buffets. The room and hotel overall were so incredibly clean. It was so cozy to stay here and the location was easy to find along with restaurants within walking distance. Customer service was excellent. You can tell that all of the staff from housekeepers to managers care about this hotel!

I can’t say anything negative about this hotel. Maybe the free popcorn they offer could use some butter? That’s literally all I can think of.

Attractive, modernized & clean. The only issue with my room was a noisy ac unit. Everything else was perfect and comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. Every thing is kind of spread out for the breakfast and I missed the coffee and tea area all together. The ice maker on the main floor was not working and they don’t have them on every floor.

As mentioned above just the very noisy ac unit. The breakfast area is very spread out and a little confusing finding everything. I didn’t even see the coffee station until later and no juices. The food was ok but not the greatest.

I absolutely love the friendly staff that made you feel like family! Lets not forget the amazing breakfast that is included! Amazing and clean rooms, Fantastic mattresses that made for a wonderful night sleep. Excellent pillows! That's huge for me ( I didn't even need my own pillow I bring with me everywhere) Awesome tv channel selection, Room stay nice a cool! Just a perfect experience and why i always choose Drury anytime there is one where we are going!! Thanks for being so great Drury!
