Very clean & welcoming. Staff were very hospitable and looked like they were content with their positions. The extras were nice! My room was one of the most well maintained and cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in! Very comfortable, too. The pool and hot tub area was very nice & well maintained. I definitely recommend this place! I visit family here frequently and this will be my new go to! Close to the mall and many good places to eat. Right off I24 at exit 4.

The only downside was that they only had one elevator working. They let me know this at checkin, so not a surprise. Other than that, I found nothing negative about this place! I visit family here frequently and this will be my new go to!

We loved the suite layout. Lots of privacy features plus space & two TV’s. Everything was immaculate. Beds were comfortable. The dinner provided with $1 beer & wine plus full hot breakfast Was phenomenal. We enjoyed playing cards in the lobby along with free soda and popcorn. Several restaurants were adjacent if you wanted to go out. ( Panera Bread, Texas Roadhouse, Cheddars). Also Sam’s Club across the street. Located just off interstate 24. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Everyone was smiling and helpful. Rooms were quiet. This hotel has won us over and definitely will be first choice in the future.

Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had and we have stayed at a lot of different hotels. Having a buffet dinner was an added surprise and it was delicious. It saved us from having to go out to yet another drive thru after a long day of driving. We had 2 puppies with us so we took it up to our room and had a relaxing dinner. I liked the room arrangement, more unique than just a long hall of rooms.

Only one elevator was working which made it harder but I know you were under construction. Also When the first floor in renovated it is much easier with pets if people with pets could be on first floor. i If the rooms for people with pets had wood floors I’d think it would be easier to keep clean- just a suggestion :)

Very friendly staff. Anytime I came across someone, they always had a smile and a greeting right away. Breakfast on Saturday was delicious and plentiful, even at 930A! Room was very clean and A/C worked wonderfully. Great location as well. I stay here a couple times a year and enjoy the mall and variety of restaurants. Definitely check out Flamingo Row for a delicious, non-chain restaurant serving Caribbean style food.. its about a 3 minute drive from hotel.

My only "complaint" would be the slow elevators. The 2nd elevator was marked out of service later Saturday morning which made sense and once I located stairs close my room it was a non-issue.

The front desk staff was very helpful. We got in too late for the happy hour offerings, but complimentary sodas and popcorn were available until 9pm. Although we were too tired to enjoy, we thought it was a nice perk for people traveling. The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. Wished we had been able to stay longer then we did. In a densely populated area of hotels, we chose The Drury Inn due to reviews and price point. It was our 1st time at a Drury…it definitely won’t be our last. If other locations are similar, Drury Inns may become our hotel of choice.

Not really a big complaint, but the free breakfast was ok, not overly impressive. It was clean, full stocked and well maintained though. Add pastries to the breakfast options!! The staff running the buffet was excellent. 2 separate guests dropped very messy dishes (pancakes and syrup & eggs) and the staff were gracious and efficient while cleaning it up. I was frustrated for them because guests kept walking thru the messes as they were cleaning. Although the food wasn’t amazing, the breakfast staff was.

Service, cleanliness and quality. To be honest, I had never stayed at a Drury Inn and Suites until I stayed at one near Cape Girardeaux in Missouri for the 2017 Eclipse. While I only stayed one night there, I was very impressed with the quality, cleanliness and service provided. So, for this year's eclipse we decided on Paducah as our home base. One of the few properties still available was this particular Drury Inn. Noting my previous good experience, I decided to book three nights here and I want to tell you that I was not disappointed. Again, the three important qualities cited above where very evident. We appreciated the full breakfast and dinner along with the three complimentary cocktails each night. This came in very handy in keeping our costs in line. So not only do we have quality, cleanliness and service, we also add VALUE to the mix. The rooms were very large and comfortable. We had a separate seating area with a proper desk and a card table along with sofa and coffee table. A little kitchenette with microwave and fridge along with a sink. Large bathroom and very comfortable beds and pillows. Best of all it was QUIET. The management staff was always present here and actually rolled their sleeves up to assist with the overflow crowd on hand. At no time did anyone feel slighted or rushed. The service was gracious and I would not hesitate to recommend not only this particular Drury Inn, but I would seek out the brand wherever we travel.

Kind of a confusing area.

The room arrangement is great for us . Nice to have a separate sitting area with tv so David can get up early, have coffee and let me sleep in to get the rest I need to continue our travels. Breakfast is good with real dishes a silverware!

The snack in the evening is wonderful idea but there was not anything David could eat, if there was some kind of soup he would have been happy with that and the happy hour is a great idea

Hotel is newly renovated and everything shines. The room and bathroom were lovely, the beds were incredibly comfortable. Nice lobby and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The big surprise was a free dinner and free breakfast, both with good selections and tasty. Not sure they will or can keep that going but it certainly was a treat not having to go out looking for a restaurant. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was vary good. Location was also very good and convenient.

Our room turned out to be a handicapped room. First thing I noticed was no liners in the two trash cans. They had no USB jacks in the room. They did have a Clock radio, and the top of it was very dusty dirty, I really am not a germ freak, but after touching it, I went to wash my hands. The mattress on the king size bed must have had a heavy load as it had a slight belly in the middle.

Drury was exceptionally easy to get to off the interstate . And easily back on when we left . The hotel was beautiful and clean !! The staff so willing to help . The room was so inviting and clean . I've never slept on a bed so comfortable . Next year will for sure take 1 day just to enjoy the imenities . Thank you Drury for a memorable stay and caring staff .
