Our stay was great. We had more than we needed. Didn’t realize we would have a fully equipped kitchen, but it was a suite. We had never stayed in one before. Wonderful bed and extremely clean. Those are the important features that I look for.

I didn’t realize no breakfast was included, but clearly my fault. Didn’t realize how much we would miss that and how handy it was. So, for that reason probably wouldn’t stay at this type of place again. We were traveling and very tired, so booked it rather quickly. For someone looking for a place for a longer stay than one night, it would be perfect.

Did not eat there. But the store was awesome to see cause of the late check in. The staff were amazing from check in to check out, wonderful group of ladies very welcoming and friendly. Loved that they accommodate pets.

Elevator was on the small size by the time you put people in and cart of luggage no one else can ride so took a little longer to commute to and from your room. A bit sluggish when you have a load too. Better advertisement of your hotel would be amazing. Did not know that group of hotels even existed off the road there. We normally stay at Drury inn cause of being able to bring pet and the great breakfast/dinner buffet. But upon my search of needing a room that night cause of bad weather I came across your site online. Definitely added it to my phone book for places to stay again in the future.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice area to walk our dog.

There was no breakfast served. Bathroom (specifically tub area) De finally needs an upgrade. Check out was not until noon. Around 10 when my husband was out of the room loading the car and I was alone in the room, the door opened partly and I could see that it was a housekeeping cart. The door quickly shut when I am sure housekeeping realized we were still in the room. They did not knock or anything - just opened the door. Need to implement a better system to notify housekeeping when someone has actually checked out before just going to the room and opening the door.

The staff were all very professional, personable and friendly. The GM explained the charges fully and fixed an issue with billing very expeditiusly. Clean and comfortable bedding, room has so many extra areas for storage! They took the extra steps to clean the carpets and air conditioning units during my stay which I really liked as far as cleanliness. I would definitely recommend and revisit this hotel in the future. The location is excellent and near many attractions, close to the Illinois border so a wonderful choice if visiting both KY and IL.

I would have preferred more towels and the availability to have brought to the room. I didn't care for having to walk my towels down to the front lobby to change out, also should have extra toilet paper available in the rooms on standby. Otherwise, everything was lovely.

Everything was nice and the hotel staff were celery nice and friendly. They went above and beyond for us. Nina and the other front desk clerk the night we checked in were fantastic!!!

Clean, comfortable, the room definitely surprised me with how much space there is. The bed gave me a wonderful night sleep.

There was nothing I found that I didn’t like about the property

The full kitchen and all the appliances they have downstairs that you can borrow.

Nothing everybody was great

Easy on and off interstate. Quiet and comfy beds. Close to restaurants.

No breakfast. Could use some up dating of furnishings.

Beds are super comfortable. Good location

We were on the 3rd floor in 314 and we kept hearing what sounded like vacuuming every hour.

Clean smelling and looking. Most everything seemed to be in good order.

The only complaint I have was that the bedroom door in our suite was misaligned and wouldn’t shut or lock.
