My room was very comfortable. Bed was good and pillows were the very best, Location was very good right off the highway.onal

check inn was not to pleasant. Upon arrival staff was nowhere to be found for at least ten minutes and I was the only person there. There was np professionalism about check in staff. No pleasant attitude was presented while being checked in. Staff were dressed as though they were dragged off the street upon arrival and that was about 6:00 PM, not the middle of the night. I do have to say that staff upon checkout was very cordial and professional and friendly.

Everything was great. I did not mind not having the rooms together and I had no issue with either room!

There were 2 seperate parties had room keys given to them with people were either already in them, actively staying there, or with the room not cleaned yet. One party was checking in before me and I heard them come back down and hand the key back, they were given an empty room, and the other party were some friends whom checked in much later than me. Their room was comped so it worked out.

Hotel posted "Quiet Hours" signs in the elevators to try to discourage rowdy behavior at night. Has a convenient location. Check-in was easy. Nice clean rooms.

I was a little disappointed with the free breakfast choices. There were only two cereals to choose from, one was a Cheerios-like oat cereal. The other was basically the same with some sort of colorful pieces (marshmallows?) included. Also, there were no donuts, sweet rolls, or other type of breakfast sweets available.

The parking spots were too close No sheets for the sofa bed 1 face towel for 2 adults to share and then you had to return the old towels to get new towels which meant u had to wait for the person to finish there showers n so on and being on a time frame that was pointless Breakfast being played over by guests kids Refrigerator not plugged in so had to wait for it to cool to chill my things

Location was great.

The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were pourly mixed, the cereals were nearly gone as were the bread and sweet bread choices. The sausage or whatever was supposed to be with the eggs was completely empty and there were no bisquits for the gravy. The dinning room tables were filthy. We chose to go somewhere else to eat.

This Comfort Suites was very nice and the beds were my favorite part. They were very comfortable. Staff was fine - only interacted w 1 staff member - the desk reception person and he was quick and courteous. My only complaint was that my room wasn't vacuumed very well. My son was getting something off the floor - that's when we noticed a bunch of items underneath the ac unit - M&M's, peanuts, a coffee cup lid and a used napkin. There was another M&M and soda bottle cap under the middle table between the beds. Other than that, the room was nice. Didn't have the breakfast but son said it was okay. Standard fare - waffle machine, biscuits and gravy, cereal, etc.

More attention needed to be paid to vacuuming the floor. There were M&Ms, peanuts, coffee cup lid, etc underneath the AC unit.

I love the staff they are all wonderful and go above and beyond to assist you. Twinkle toes that I am tripped on my shoes and carpet carrying a plate of breakfast back to my room. When I fell the maids helper came to assist I was fine but both of the staff handled it beautifully. Here is what I do say, get better coffee offer a few more goodies stock a few frozen apps and sandwiches along with pizza bread. it would raise revenue and I think the guest would buy the food if they new you had it as the kiosk is sort of hidden. Get different luggage carts they do not work well for carrying big luggage. So aces to the staff for exceptional service. Beds super comfy and nice pillows and linen. Huge TV compared to a lot of hotels.

It was a very great experience I had there it was very quiet no noise the staff was amazing and it was soooo clean when you walk in it smelled so good and stay that way all day and night rooms was very neat and very clean and beds was very comfortable I slept really good

Only thing was I noticed was in the hot tub the jets didn't really much of water power out of them but other that was very relaxing

The bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE. We enjoyed breakfast and being able to watch TV sitting on a couch, not having to sit up in bed.

Only inconvenience was the stopper in the sink had no lever to raise/lower it. You had to reach down in the sink and pick it up to open or close the wster flow. It may not be that way in all rooms.

Slept like a baby in their comfy bed … so much so I chose to sleep later and miss breakfast! Very clean. Plenty of fluffy towels. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Small bar of soap to wash my hands would have been nice. Used the wall mounted shampoo rather than bug the staff.
