The employee at check-in. His shirt was filthy, his hair was to his shoulders and when he was talking to me he kept pushing it out of his face. I don’t know what his name was because he didn’t have a name tag on his filthy dirty shirt. He rambled on about how his sinuses were infected, etc. I couldn’t get out of that office fast enough. He was absolutely disgusting and should not be dealing with the public. If I have an occasion to stay there again and he is still working there I will not stay there. The only thing that would make this better would be a total refund. I could go on and on about his behavior but I think you get the picture. Friday night staff was exceptional she was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Unfortunately she was only there that night.

The breakfast was only yogurt and dry cereal no milk for the cereal and the orange was out, the bread was all out and no one to service it. They should not list free breakfast and then not have anything by 8:00 am

The lobby and room were clean looking. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very helpful and polite.

The unit doors looked like they all needed to be freshened up with paint (windows and siding looked good) and the safety lock towards the top of the door wasn't usable. I wasn't worried about anything, I just like an extra measure of security when I'm staying somewhere.

Location close to the interstate, restaurants and gas stations.

Key card lock in the door had the battery go bad and clerk had to unlock the door for us several times. Not his fault though

Was a great place to stay while traveling with our dogs. Lots of grassy area for them. There is outdoor areas for picnics/grilling as well. Property is clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay again for sure.

Bathroom could use updating, I am just over 5ft and I felt like I had to crouch in the shower.

The room was a decent size and the fridge was surprisingly big for a hotel room, which worked very well for our purposes. The location was convenient as a one-night stay when you are driving far and need somewhere to spend the night. There is a lake with a buffet-type restaurant a few minutes' drive away. The staff was very friendly.

The room smelled of tobacco and cleaning products, although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. They clearly tried to get rid of the smell but not very successfully. The breakfast was literally bread that you can put into a toaster, with peanut butter and grape jam, Activia yougurts, and two types of cereal. Coffee, tea bags, and orange juice.

Very clean. Close to a couple restaurants and shops. Pool was very clean. Dog friendly(didn’t charge an arm and a leg either) very big plus!!

Breakfast wasn’t the best.. could incorporate a waffle maker. Pool could use a few umbrellas (just personal opinion)

I got a smoking room that was great because I didn't have to go out side at night by my self and worry about others that was there . Beds was great I could have taken it home, hot shower good water pressure a great place to stay will not worry about any thing the lady last night that check us in was funny and had a wonderful attitude she was a doll!

The only thing was the vending machine did not have much to choose from it needed to be stocked better but I made it through and lived to see the day with out a chocolate bar!😆🤣
