Beautiful new hotel with lovely room. Easy to find. Elevator and parking close by. Clean bathroom! Nice easy chair to relax in.

No hair dryer? Air Conditioning was leaking with water on the carpet at the window end of the room. Very little contact with front desk. Nobody there and checkout is simply drop key card in the box in the lobby. Very little interaction with a human being? No breakfast or coffee?

Location

The front desk is not manned, you have to use the phone to reach anyone. We stayed for three nights and needed cups and coffee refilled. We called using the phone at the front desk, we never received the refresh of cups and coffee for our entire stay. Hard to judge the staff when they seemed absent from the property. We actually never saw a house keeper either.

Room was large and clean. Looked to be recently renovated.

Wasn't a terrible location, but it wasn't the best either. Also, breakfast was expected based on the Booking listing, but the lobby and breakfast area was being renovated and I was told that they "didn't offer breakfast". But there were plenty of breakfast options within a few minutes drive.

Hotel is being renovated so it was clean. Smelled fresh. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly, when you could find them.

Breakfast was advertised as being available. But wasn’t. Probably due to renovation?? Had a dirty wash rag in the shower. Bathroom floor was sticky,I’m assuming from the cleaner they used.

We love the floor plan. The room is comfortable and there is plenty of counter space. We enjoyed our stay there.

The bathroom sink had a problem. The bathroom sink stopper was stuck. We had already unpacked and it was late, when we found the problem and didn’t want to change rooms so we just dealt with it. We took a picture and left it with a note so someone could fix it for the next patrons.

The gentleman who worked the desk was especially friendly and courteous. When we could not get the tv to work or needed the refrigerator to be a bit cooler, he came up immediately and corrected the issues. Our room was clean, close to the stairs. There was an elevator. We were not there long enough to really take advantage of other amenities, but we would definitely choose to stay at the Heritage Hotel again. (The outside waterfall was a beautiful surprise to view.) I also appreciated the reasonable price of the room.

Maybe better signage to identify the location of the hotel. There was the continuous sound of a generator/AC unit (outside of the room) which could be heard if there was no other noise in the room. It did not affect our sleep or activities.

Hotel is being refreshed, was very nice. Wife was impressed. Very clean. No commercial vehicles in parking lot. Excellent Mexican restaurant 300 feet away. Fresh mattress, fresh sheets. Clean.

Trailer parking could be iffy, call and ask. We were very happy. 30 day a year traveler.

Liked nearly everything. Hotel was "kinda tucked away" behind a couple of other businesses, toward the back of a parking lot, which made us a little apprehensive at first, but our concern dissipated upon entering parking and entering the hotel.

No visible staff, though, I/we expect they've been hit by staffing issues, so no big deal. No (longer) breakfast on site. There is a dining area with coffee and juice dispensers, so there may be effort to make the aforementioned available. Unfortunately, at 7 am, there was no coffee. : (

Breakfast..there was no breakfast, even though there is a wonderful room for it.

The room Chain locks are non functional…..not a lot of good. Room way too warm, even with heat turned off. Good thing the windows open. They use scented laundry detergent, also not good. Go with scent free, thank you. No employee on site…he was across the parking lot at another hotel. Weird.

Very reasonably priced, fast check in, comfortable beds. Great service. I accidentally left a set of keys in the room, and the staff went out of their way to mail them across the country to me. We were on a long road trip and basically just needed a place to sleep, so it was nice that the hotel was close to the interstate with many restaurant options nearby.

One chair in our room needed to have its upholstery cleaned.
