Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful, and beds very comfortable

I thought the rate was too high for the level and location of the accommodation. I like this brand and will generally choose it over other brands of a similar level without feeling like the it will cost a premium to do so. This time it was approximately 25% more than comparable accommodations but in the area and compared to other locations

Hampton Inn is a well-known chain and this place maintained the level of quality that’s expected. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was a little bit better than the average food that is so typical to many restaurants. The place was kept very clean. I would recommend staying here. It’s a good location if you’re visiting Theodore Roosevelt National Park Medora. There were plenty of eating options within walking distance.

The bed was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. The food was great and the location is very convenient.

The person checking us in was unnecessarily rude. I started to ask why the price was different from the price on booking, and she interrupted me and snapped that the extra $20 was for the incidental fee. Incredibly rude to interrupt someone when they're asking a question, and then smirk and say that she already knew what I was going to ask.

Booking through booking app messed up our reservation. The property never received our reservation due to a problem on bookings end.

We had a king suite, and it was a good sized, clean room.

The bedding for the pullout couch was not clean and we had to ask for new ones. The breakfast was mediocre - very few options compared to other Hilton Hotels.

The hotel is clean, up to date, with a wonderful breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
