I loved how clean and comfortable it was. I appreciated the hot coffee around the clock. Staff were friendly and accommodating upon check in. Traveling from east to west I missed the time zone change and went downstairs for coffee at 4 am instead of 5. The gal at the desk was awake and friendly, coffee had been freshly brewed cookies, pastry and some breakfast items were already available. The lobby area was safe and comfortable to hang out until I was supposed to be up and around.

I have bad knees so taking luggage upstairs is difficult for me.

The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and the linens were good quality. We did not use the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was good, with three hot items every morning. The breakfast area was always very clean, as were the common areas. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Location was great with easy access to the highway. Lots of restaurants in the area, and Walmart was just down the road. This was an excellent base to explore the area, and a half hour to Teddy Roosevelt National Park.

For those with mobility issues, be aware the property is two stories with no elevator. Wasn’t an issue for our family.

We tend to have pretty good luck with the AmericInn hotels. This location was no different. The pool area was really nice. I appreciated both the pool hours and the breakfast hours. Worked really well for us and our siteseeing. We had a nice stay there. The lobby was really nice.

I'm not a fan of the containers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Yet, I understand the little bottles of plastic aren't environment friendly. I don't like them though. That's all really.

It's possible that this place was recently renovated. No carpet in the rooms, which I liked as carpets are quiet but hold so much dirt and germs. Beds and linens were very comfortable. With breakfast, a gym and a pool, the value for money spent was excellent

There was nothing that didn't meet or exceed my expectations

The pool/hot tub was awesome to relax and escape the North Dakota cold. Chris-the night desk clerk was such a cool dude and made our trip that much better. We really enjoyed the room size and amenities. The complimentary breakfast had different hot offerings everyday in addition to the normal prepackaged pastries.

Felt safe in the area. A party took place in the hotel but once the quiet hours took place everyone was respectful and quiet.

I traveled with my senior parents. We reserved a bigger room which I was directed are all at the top of the stairs. Wish they were on the first floor or that there was an elevator for them to take up a story in the building.

This property has some exceptionally friendly and well mannered employees that are willing to help to take care of you while you’re staying there

It was peacefully quiet. The bed was so comfortable and it was very clean.

We really needed adjoining rooms as we travel with our adult son with special needs. The staff were all super accommodating and helpful in making this happen. I also loved how centrally located it was to restaurants and sightseeing, options .

The fitness center could use some updating.

Nice and clean facility. The Lobby was cozy and inviting. The staff were so friendly! They treated me and my three grandkids like royalty and it was so refreshing. The breakfast was great and the staff was so accommodating. The receptionist and the housekeeping staff were all so kind and they knew what I needed before I even did. I will definitely go back and stay again. This hotel is my new go to.

The staff was really friendly and nice. They let us check in almost 2 hours early since our room was ready so we could get going to Medora. The breakfast area didn't look like it would amount to much but they had a nice little variety of things.

The vent in the bathroom was really dirty. Had to make sure we pushed on the door to make sure it latched and locked.
