The location was perfect for what we needed. The room was adequate to meet our needs. The breakfast was really good with nice options to meet all needs. The lobby was very nice and the breakfast area was nice and large which makes it nice for many people to be eating at the same time.

The facility is undergoing renovations, so there was inconvenience with that. They Blocked off the Front door right away in the Morning. Front desk personal was very “ directive” in approach to explaining policies. When people do not know the area or the policy or what is going on with the construction, it would be nice to have this explained in a way that is more friendly. We totally understand when things are a certain way, just would appreciate a kinder approach to getting the explanation. Customer service goes a long way in leaving a good impression on people.

Short of staff in housekeeping. Bathrooms need deep cleaning. Toilet stool very low. Staff on site were friendly and helpful. Common area was very nice, beautiful fireplace surround with historical inscription. Convenient to restaurants and our destination.

Great location, with gas station, restaurant and liquor store in walking distance. Very friendly staff. Bed was super comfortable and clean.

The shower was not clean (used toiletries still inside), scum was floating in the hot tub, no trash liner in the bathroom, and the shampoo/conditioner provided were nearly empty.

Was easy to find, room was a good size, breakfast had a good variety, staff was nice, had a clean pool area, and had a clean exercise room.

Our room could have been cleaner. My husband and I had our 3 kids with us, two of which are toddlers. We always check rooms throughly before we let them run around. We found trash and other things on the floor from previous guests.

My son, mother, and I traveled in a circle that started at the Great Salt Lake and circled back to Denver, hitting (among other things) Yellowstone, Big Horn, Rushmore, and N Dakota along the way. We stopped for the night in Dickinson, and the nice fella behind the counter set us up well, with an additional roll away for my son. We had driven that day from Yellowstone to Dickinson, so we were absolutely exhausted, but it was the most comfortable night's sleep we had on the trip. Highly recommended and the staff were friendly.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and all amenities were in good working order.

The soundproofing could have been a little better. There were very noisy guests in the room next to me and I could hear them VERY clearly. However, the staff let the noisy people know they were being disruptive and they mostly piped down

This was a Golf trip traveling through Dickinson. Location was very good. Property was very nice.

I booked and paid for four rooms through bookings.com. When I arrived at the property, they indicated only three were purchased. I then paid again for the fourth room at the property but let staff know this was incorrect. Over the last three days I have spent more than three hours, talking to both the property manager and bookings.com to no resolution. I will not use bookings.com in the future.

Location to place I was attending. I like the ground level room I got. Code was great!

Well I brought my 80 year old mother and got the walk in shower room but didn’t like that by the time you were done showering there was water all over the bathroom.
