The staff were friendly and helpful and provided good recommendations about the town of Benson. The breakfast was nice and the setup was efficient and clean. I will very likely stay here again when I travel on I-10.

Everything at the facility was very clean - rooms, lobby, hallways, elevator. Rooms were well appointed and beds were comfortable. The TV worked perfectly and there was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The bathroom was clean and the necessary sundry items (shampoo, lotion) were fine. Complimentary breakfast was all anyone could want. There was a nice selection of breakfast muffins, breads, make your own waffles, juice, cereal, yogurt, hard-cooked eggs in addition to hot scrambled eggs and sausage links. The front desk person and breakfast host were pleasant and helpful, offering suggestions on local restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Can’t think of anything I wished was different.

Breakfast was adequate. The food was tasty and prepared nicely. The dining area was well attended by staff and clean. Staff throughout Comfort Inn were friendly and very helpful. The grounds were very nicely cared for and the hotel smelled clean and looked clean. We appreciated the ice machine as well I have no negative comments and if in the area again, we will be booking at this facility. Nice job all!!!

There was nothing we have complaints about. As mentioned above, it was a very nice place to stay and we will return should we be in the area again. The location as well, was close to all things we may have needed.

Great breakfast

Because of heart issues I have to drink decaf coffee. The decaf machine was broken so that wasn’t an option. They have been waiting for 2 months for the corporate office to fix it. Same with their juice machine. Corporate has this gem of a property and yet they don’t care about it enough to give them proper support. Other than that we had an excellent stay.

I loved how close I was able to park to my room and how friendly the staff was when I checked in. I loved the room it was very spacious for our family. I would definitely stay here again!

I didn't like the bugs outside by the door, but I understand you can't prevent certain bugs from being outside and getting in by a door that gets opened often.

We've stayed here many many times. It has always been clean, the staff extra friendly, clean The decorating is western and unique for a comfort inn. We love that it's usually quiet and we sleep very well. Our stay last was on Nov 8, 2024 and the young man at the front desk was a very nice employee.

Breakfast was very good, employees great. Room was very nice. Location great, close to gas and food.

They were short of house keeper so I had to ask for towels and toilet paper at front desk. So room wasn’t always cleaned or just partially cleaned. I was there 3 weeks so feel I should of had a discount on my room.

Difficult to get into due to trucks from Love’s parking on the entrance road

The location was great as it was tucked back so noise was minimal. We left with just grabbing coffee and a muffin but the breakfast looked great for those who took more time. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The television in our room only got one channel. We were told how to get on the wifi and managed that without a problem. We did not investigate by calling the 800 number to troubleshoot the television. If that is a necessary requirement to get the room television working correctly, why offer free wifi but not television access?

I loved the shower pressure. Great control over the temperature and the water pressure and the shower head was amazing.Trust me that makes a huge difference. The pillows and the bed are super comfortable as well. Super quiet and perfect on a Tuesday night. Just what we needed.

The 77 year old man who checked us in was rude and condescending. I gave him my name and he replied with " So? What am I to do with that?" I was instructed by my booking app to show the check in desk my confirmation page from my phone, and when I tried, he waved me away and said " I dont look at that". He just made the check in process somewhat uncomfortable instead of welcoming. My room 121 looked as if it hadn't been used in sometime. There was a thin layer of dust on most of the pictures namely the one of the Crystal Palace in Tombstone, AZ. As well as the chair rail not to mention the sight pink slime in the toliet. But we all know about dust in Az! But the front desk guy was the biggest shocker for me. Otherwise, I am still coming back for the shower and the bed none the less.
