We really enjoyed our time at Garden Place Suites. The hot tub had strong jets and the pool was very nice. The staff was very nice and responded to all our requests. I like having the continental breakfasts in the morning and was pleasantly surprised with the happy hour and with complimentary dinners M-Th. The dinner was soup and salad which was perfect.

One thing I will note was that our room was not cleaned the first wo nights we were there. We picked up fresh towels at the front desk and our room was cleaned the third day. One front desk employee said they may be on an every other day schedule, which is fine, but I would prefer we know this. Also, we were not given 2 days of toilet paper, so something needs aligning on this front.

It was so nice, it was a beautiful location and the amenities, breakfast/snacks and dinner were good and saved us a lot in time and expenses. The staff was great and helpful. We really liked Brandon and Deanna, they were so helpful. We were there due to a family emergency so this was a blessing!

The only glitch was that most of the time the tv didn't work. The staff really tried to correct things but ultimately the problem was all the wind so no ones fault.

Clean, spacious room with sitting area and kitchenette. Hotel provided two beers per room each evening, very nice breakfast with nicely varied options, and soup/salad four nights per week. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was cold during our stay. Bed was directly next to heating unit. One side of bed got "air-fried". Difficult to regulate heat for both parties. Small complaint, usually not an issue in AZ.

Staff was professional and friendly. Conveniently located; across the street from a gas station/convenience store. Rooms were clean with lots of horizontal spaces to put all your stuff. Big fridge and a small kitchenette were part of the room. We were there on a Thursday night, so we were able to have their complimentary soup (chili) and salad, with snacks, and a free soda for each of us. Breakfast was decent with hot and cold options.

I asked for a quiet location, but we were facing the main road which was noisy all night. The beds and bed linens are only moderately comfortable. The fridge is noisy. Even with our white noise app going all night, we didn't sleep well.

The breakfast "meat" varied every day, usually some sort of egg and meat. There was waffles, fruit and cereal available as well. It was served for several hours and the food was good. They also have a "happy" hour where they serve soup and salad, along with cookies and muffins. It was great!

Nice desk folks. Facility was clean looking and had wheeled luggage carts. Quiet and smelled neutral.

Mattress was sloped, making it a bit difficult to stay on top. Difficult regulating temperature, mostly even too cold on "fan only" Door from outside has to be opened manually, no auto door, making it difficult for old folks to get belongings in the building.

Room was comfortable. Enjoyed the soup and salad each evening.Great consumer service

They never made popcorn. Most mornings soldiers there ate all the breakfast. They did not have real Dr.Pepper just cherry Dr. Pepper. The bed was not very comfortable.

The staff, room, breakfast were all great and meat my expectations and beyond.

The only down side for us was on-line 1 of the amenities stated is year round heated pool. Myself and my 7 year old were super excited with the thought we could go swimming. Come to find out the pool IS NOT heated year round like stated. That played a bag factor into why I chose to stay here.

The room was clean, the property was very nice.

the a/c was no working properly, and they couldn’t figure the problem out. They did not offer a solution so my room stayed at a constant 63 degrees, or we had no air movement.

Nice clean and updated rooms. The suite had a small kitchen with refrigerator and stove and a few utensils, pots, pans, etc. Very comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast offered was pretty good in comparison to some of the other facilities we have stayed at. Friendly and efficient staff. Good location, right next to the main gate at Fort Huachuca and Tombstone West Brewery on the other side. We didn't get a chance to use the pool and hot tub but it looked like a good amenity.

A little bit pricey.
